This website is not good at all! The quality of the products is really bad. It looks like they are made very cheaply. I placed an order in the middle of June and when I received it 10 days later, two items were missing. I contacted them and it took more than a month, with 4 phone calls and 12 emails, to prove that there were two missing items. Finally, when I asked for a refund for the missing items, they told me that the money would be in my PayPal account in 5 business days. It has been 2 weeks now and I am still waiting! I have sent 6 more emails and I am still waiting! I would recommend that you avoid this website. It is the worst website ever! The service is very poor and the quality is terrible!

I had a terrible experience with PinkBasis. I made the mistake of ordering a bathing suit and shoes from their website, and I regret it so much. Then, it would take another 10 business days to issue the refund. It's been about 20 business days since then, and I still haven't gotten my money back. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online store. Don't buy from PinkBasis - you've been warned!

My order consisted of (I copied and pasted their name from the website they could easily find my order): sexy gold textured cut out hoop earrings, style: accessories-earrings-bien-ier-1891gold and sexy silver detailed dangled accent hoop earrings, style: accessories-earrings-kk89a-6686silver, 35 dollars in total. not that expensive, I understand, but it doesn't mean I wanted to give money for nothing. the earrings never arrived. I ordered them two months ago. if you have issues with shipping so small items, I can only imagine what your other customers who ordered clothes or shoes feel. I am with you, folks.

Ordered two pair of heel booties from www.pinkbasis.com website and received only one pair. I can't say anything good about quality, I think this site is too overpriced, quality isn't the worst, but also not the best.
When I contacted Pinkbasis and asked about the second pair they said that they shipped my order separately, but they funniest thing was that they were not able to explain why they did that. Anyway, they said that my second pair will be here any time soon, but it never arrived and when I asked Pinkbasis for help they refused to cancel my order. They said that if I wanted a refund I was supposed to ship back everything, I mean two pairs. But I had only one and the second one was missing.
They gave me nothing but trouble! Terrible service!

I made my order in early September and it is now mid October. So I placed my order with PinkBasis company and they said I'll get it within two weeks . When nothing arrived I contacted PinkBasis and asked when will I get my order and their rep said that they need more time to deliver it. Then I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money but they claimed that it was not possible since my order was already shipped. They asked me to be more patient.
So, it is now October and still no sign of my order. And when I try to reach these guys from PinkBasis they do not reply.
