I ordered a Blue Frame with 2 color backing for the hefty price of $154.00.
After waiting for 3 weeks, it arrived today. What I have received is a white frame with a single white backing. Tried to call, their message indicates that they do not answer their phone. Emailed them no response. Tried to chat, no one is there to chat with. I am out of $154.00 and these guys screw people left and right.
Please do not order from this site. There is a reason they have such horrible rating across every rating site I have looked at.
Desired outcome: To return the frame for a refund.
Frame order
On November 25, I placed an order for a custom frame. On that date, I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged. I have emailed their customer care center twice and received no response. Their customer call center number is disabled due to "high volume." Despite this, I receive emails and ads on my facebook feed offering free delivery by Christmas. I have no choice but to dispute this charge with my credit card.
Custom picture framing
I ordered frames from pictureframes.com six weeks ago and the order said frames would be sent in 5-7 business days. I’ve never received them or gotten any information about them. My emails to customer care go unanswered and phoning them gets an answer machine saying call back later because they are busy. This is horrible customer service. I want to cancel and get a refund but there’s no way to do it.
Desired outcome: I want the frames sent or refund.

This business turned into a scam.
I ordered the frame on September 9th, it got received and should be delivered in 3-5 business days. order is still in 'received' status. I called multiple times and got a bot telling me that all stuff is on some training... I sent an email to customer service and got a bot response that they will answer in 3- 5 business days... a week later no response. Calling again, and received the same results.
I also have an order sitting there in 'received' status from 3/22/2022 and not being fulfilled.
I used this site for years and the way they treat customers now is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund.

Bought 2 frames corners did not match, gaps in all the back corners of the frames. Light showing through on both frames at front of corners and they tried to hide the mistakes with putty including a chip on the back of one frame. have filed with PayPal a complaint resolution center and they have not responded to them either. Cannot get them on the phone, they do not respond to emails. Orderd on Ausust 17th 2022, did not get them till September 12 2022 and complained I wanted to return them on the same day and get my money back.
I have been buying from them for years and have never had a problem before this.
Desired outcome: payment in full for my frames I purchased.
horrible customer service/deceptive sales practices
PictureFrames.com engages in bait and switch. They lead you to believe you are framing a photograph that you upload, but just send the frame instead. When I advised them of their error they DENIED it was their fault despite how clearly they were in the wrong and when they FINALLY decided to issue a refund they INSISTED on charging me for the return postage. They have terrible customer service. I was hung up on in the middle of my complaint and was forced to call again. Don't use them, there are plenty of other sites that perform the same function with good customer service. Avoid this company like the plague.
Seller delivered wrong frames
I bought 5 picture frames from the website www.pictureframes.com. It was the worst experience, ‘coz these jerks provided wrong frames, which I returned back and paid for the return delivery on my own. After that the seller vanished somewhere and I haven’t heard from them afterwards. Total scam, so please leave comments if you have the same situation as mine. I need help.
I purchased two frames from pictureframes.com and they sent me the wrong size. I have tried calling and emailing them and they do not respond. I paid $135 for these frames and the ones they sent are useless to me and not even close to the size I ordered.
The seller refused to take the wrong sizes of the frames back
I bought two photo frames from the website www.pictureframes.com. It was total scam, ‘coz they delivered wrong sizes. I contacted the rep and asked if they could change them, but the rep told to pay for the return postage on my own. It was large sum and I haven’t returned the frames. But I was really disappointed in the services. Not recommended company. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
I spent $360 to have an illustration mounted with their online service. Somehow, they managed to frame it off-centered. I spoke with Derek their customer service and he asked me to send him a photo of the problem and I did immediately. I called them a few more times and also contacted them several times via emails. They gave me this "we will get back to you" routine and never responded. However, I have been getting a daily advertising from them. It is clear that they care so much about the money customers give them but not the services they provide in return. I am very disappointed by their unfortunate craftsmanship and a criminal level of customer service. I used them because of great reviews here and elsewhere. Now I suspect that all these reviews are "paid" reviews. I am willing to pay premium for a professional service but their service is not worth a penny.
Damaged frames
I ordered 2 canvas frames from the website www.pictureframes.com, but the quality and services of this company were really bad. I got frames in bad condition and the seller refused to take them back or change. He told me that it was only my fault. But I opened the package and noticed that the frame cracked in several places. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
I ordered the Luxe Gold Canvas Floater frame for a painting 12 x 24. The frame is fine, but the opening size for the canvas is 11 x 23. I have emailed numerous times, their phone is shut off. This is not a good sign of customer service and so I am very upset.

When I used to do weddings, I would print out most of the photos myself and get them framed locally to sell to clients. The problem was the time and effort to get this done was just too much for me. I hired pictureframes.com and they did awful job.
