I've been to this supposedly "upscale" salon several times in the past with average results. The reason I've returned is it is convenient to my home. I had a terrible experience today with the manager/owner "Phyllis" who apparently has no problem letting clients wait as long as an hour for service, with very little apology. Snippy attitude and arrogant beyond belief.
Miss Phyllis needs to bone up on Customer Service 101. But hey, word of mouth is priceless, and it will eventually catch up to her.
