PHU HOANG COMPANY LTD review: No shipment/No Refund 1

I need your urgent attention & assistance on this matter.

We are trading company registered in HKG with branch office in China.

During the month of September we have booked 10 Containers with a company in Vietnam, the details are below

We have transferred USD30, 000 as a deposit to the Rice Supplier of above company. They requested us to transfer the money directly from HSBC Hong
Kong Bank to the company HALLTON which they said is the boss of PHU HOANG COMPANY LTD.

They not ship our order & requested us to cancel the order due to prices went up.

They will return us the deposit soon. It is 5 month already we have not received any money & the supplier who confirmed our order & the director of H.A.L.L.T.O.N ASIAN INVESTMENT FINANCE JOINT STOCK COMPANY

They changed mobil no as well.

We hope if you can guide us & inform all the importers & b2b sites to avoid above 2 companies & person in exchange of business.
