On the above date, my husband and I went to the NC Aquarium at Roanoke Island, NC. We were approached by a man who took our photographs. I was told to go to the kiosk before leaving to view the photos and perhaps purchase them. I did and purchased some of the photos on CD. It was stated we could view all the photos online in a few days and purchase more copies, etc. As of today July 3, the photos haven't been posted. I've made several calls and was told the same thing each time, "The site is having problems, " or "I'll make sure they are made available in a few days." Still nothing. Even though I wanted to purchase the photos I hadn't before, now I wouldn't want to do business with them ever again and will not recommend any of my friends to take advantage of this service if they visit the Aquarium. It's a scam and you'll never be able to see your photos.

I had purchased my picture on 1/15/16 - by 1/25/16 they barely stated it had been mailed. By 2/10/16 I had sent multiple emails asking about a tracking number or replacement as I had yet to receive my pictures from the Houston Zoo. They did not respond to any of my 5 emails, until I decided to resend the last email 20 times continuously. They just stated they will be refunding me the money, but at this point I doubt they will. I do not understand how this places allow such a terrible company to be involved in the picture taking of these attractions. The service is TERRIBLE, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE. This company needs to shut down if it cannot produce to the scale that it is trying to.

I ordered a picture online from our trip to Knotts berry Farm on july7, 2015 and it is now August 2, 2015 and have not received it. Submitted a question about it online about it as I can't find a phone number to calL ANYWHERE. It has been 10 days and no reply to inquiry abouty picture order. I will never use do anything like this again. If anyone knows a phone number to contact them please post.

Went to the Cincinnati Zoo last night and had my kids pictures taken with Santa, my daughters very first time. I paid for the $60.00 package only because it was the only one that included an e-mailed copy of the photo's. I did not get an e-mail, and there is no where in the help to tell you how to do it! Will never do it again!

I'm going through the same thing with pictures taken at the Phoenix Zoo with this company. We didn't stop at the kiosk because I'd prefer to order mine online when I wasn't distracted and had time to look. We did buy a very nice frame to put a picture in though. It has been almost a week and still no pictures on the site. I emailed them and they sent me an email back telling me to manually look through all of them, only the site isn't allowing me to do that either. What surprises me is that the Phoenix Zoo couldn't find a better company to do this for them. Very very disappointing.
