Phink tv / false advertising

1 Review updated:

We wanted phink TV to shoot our video, paid them a deposit of 50%, once we had agreed on the terms of the video. they started of as very nice people then, they turned sour as soon as they finished shooting. They refused to give us a product we can broadcast, they claim they spent £4000 worth of time on it. however upon speaking to 5 independent animators, we found their claims to be false. We only choose them because we liked the work advertised on their website, now we know they probably didn't do that work or just decided to be lazy on our job. PLEASE DONT WORK WITH THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMMERS, THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL OUR MONEY, AND GIVEN US A VERY BAD VIDEO, WE HAVE NOW BEEN FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION!

I assume this is one of the girls from Emphirical as you are the only clients we have ever had this type of issue with.
Firstly the statement that your received £4000 in service is supported by the simple fact we Produced, Shot (on a REDONE camera) Directed, Light and Edited a music video for you.
Secondly you weren't happy with the edit and wanted to take it to a second editor, which was fair enough but you didn't seem pleased that we needed payment cleared before handing over the raw files as per our standard T&Cs.
Lastly ALL the work on our website is produced by us at Phink TV.
We aren't upset or angry at you for taking the time to spread these slurs on our name but would appreciate you accept it was an unhappy project that should be learnt from and left.
