Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] / no internet connection

Good day po, i was very disappointed with the two customer service representative at PLDT pasig rotonda namely Ms. Malou Algezera and Fe Lojo. I was complaining na madami akong report tru 171 hotline but they keep on insisting na wala daw, pinakita ko yung hawak ko na mga reference number at name ng mga operator na nakausap ko wala daw nakareport so its not may fault kung di nakareport yung mga complaint ko tru 171 hotline, the operator keep on asking my details specially my number i give it to them but i never heard any call from your staff, i have been a regular client of your business but now i am completely disappointed, i expect quality service from you and request you to address this issue with immediate attention.
