Philcare Claims review: Not received

Last december 2, 2014 i pouch xl to claims receiving section of philcare 1012 north triangle drive bonifacio, global city, taguig city. Then after this 4 another pouch to this same address, after a month they have no recieved answer to my pouch. So feb. 20, 2015 i coll philcare then she ask me. Wala silang narerecieve kahit isa kasi naglipat sila ng office. So idecide to lbc customer care then pina trace ko lahat ng 5 na i pouch. The girl answer to me and give the details of those pouch, then the first pouch (Dec. 2, 2014) hindi daw tinanggap ng guard on duty sa address na naka sulat pero yung 4 na sumunod ay nirecieve ng guard on duty. Pero wala kaming na recive ng return or call in your office kung ano nangyari sa aming doc. Then feb. 20, 2015 then i said the person na kausap ko na ibalik na lang yung doc. Kasi sabi nya nasa bodega daw ng lbc kaya sinabi ko sa kanya na pakibalik nalang sa sender. I'm waiting almost a month pero walang dumarating so i decide to call again to your office april 23, 2015. Then ms. Izza tell me na nagdespose na daw kayo ng doc. Nitong march 14, 2015 kaya sabi ko di nyo dapat dinespose ang doc. Namin dahil feb. Palang nirequest ko na ibalik sa amin. Then nag follow up ulit ako today wala pa ring maisagot na maayos. Ang laman ng doc. Namin original ng papers ng mga client namin na pinababayaran namin sa philcare amounting of 227, 469. 00. Now i need the document's back. Pls. Answer me and immediate action to this.
