The worst service I have ever had.

I made order from PHGHRX.com and about 4 days after I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. However, they told that I have to wait about one month till my case will be looked at. I think it is the worst service I have ever had.

Yep, I ordered MaxGenics Testosterone Booster almost a month ago. Same support for the MaxGenics products by the way. I called once a week or so later and rep said they are working on it. Waited another week after no contact or email. Now cant even get customer service, not even if you want to make an order. wind up holding then asked to leave a detailed message. Something is seriously wrong here. What's weird though is that "(LAWENDURANCE-1x-ds) 1 bottle Mega Endurance downsell - for MaxGenics" got a fast shipping email and product delivery...so what gives???
