I purchased the free pills I got 15 and paid only 4.99 and I was under the impression that if I couldn't take them or they didn't work for me I could cancel at any time they have a number on the bottle of pills and it is suppose to be a 24 7 line but nobody never answers or returns your call if you don't cancel you are charged 149.95 that they take out of your credit card and even if you could cancel they will charge you 49.95. I read the terms and that wasn't in there no where I think it is a scam cause the emails I sent come back every thing I have tried to do to cancel this is a dead end lucky for me I use a green dot card I can close it out at any time and buy a new one and that is what I am doing but still this place shouldn't be aloud to take advantage of people this way and I am doing everything. I can not stop them. I have sent emails to all my family and friends that warn them of this company and they will pass it on to there friends and family the internet is a powerful tool if this company can use it to make money like this I can use it to warn people about them.

I too was taken in my the SCAM promoted by Nexgenlabusa of their offer of a "Free" sample of Phenterthin, supposedly a new pill to increase metabolism and lose weight. By the time I received my free sample I read enough to know it was a SCAM and that I wanted nothing to do with it. I found the website for Nexgenlabusa and immediately wrote an email offering to send back the "sample" unopened and asking that my account be closed before further charges could be made. I got an email telling me I had a response but when I went back to their website to view the reply I had been blocked and did not gain access to the site until AFTER they billed me an additional $149.95 for product that I did NOT even receive. It was at that point that they informed me I had not canceled in the required time period and even if I had canceled it would cost me $49.95. I am LIVID! After an exchange of emails I have been informed that my account has been closed but in the meantime it cost me $154.90 for their "free sample". PLEASE BEWARE! I have requested my bank NOT to honor the charge made on my account because I did not authorize the charge but since I DID authorize the original $4.95 for shipping the free sample I am confident the bank will also rule in favor of this internet SCAM business! HOW SAD! I truly wish I had done more research before ordering this "FREE" sample. I have certainly learned a valuable lesson but it angers me to think how many others have been swindled by this company and what can be done to STOP it! I find it hard to believe that the people working there can even sleep at night knowing they are stealing money from likely hundreds perhaps thousands of people taken in by their SCAM. How sad that scammers like this are allowed to continue to operate and get away with this highly unethical manner of business. I am afraid to even use the product at this point and have offered to return it but have been informed that ALL sales are FINAL and no returns allowed. That, in itself, tells you a lot about what type of operation this is!

Read ALL the fine print but also be aware that this is a MAJOR SCAM!

BEWARE!

Too bad the Better Business Bureau cannot get involved and stop this SCAM!

Tried to cancel the auto ship portion of this offer only to find the phone # given is never answered & just rings or you get an answer machine with a generic "leave a message". Left messages & ask for a confirmation call back. Did not rcv callback & they took $149.99 out of my account.

I am going to contact the Disney Movie Club, who posted this company's offer on there website in order ot register for there movie club.

Beware, once you accept their free offer for $4.95, it is virtually impossible to cancel before the 15 day period. No one is available to discuss, answer the phone or return an email. Once you get the pills, you will read where it is not intended for people with high blood pressure or heart issues. No where does it say that before you click the accept offer.

I have canceled but I am waiting to see if this goes through. In the meantime, I simply canceled my credit card on file.

I signed up for a "free" trial of their diet product, phenterthin. I knew there would be a charge if not cancelled. I attempted to cancel, on time, it was nearly impossible to wade through the website and get something accomplished. I thought I had cancelled and that was that. Lo and behold, they took $150.00 out of my account without my permission.
After several attempts to contact and speak with a human being, I was again sent to the website, where I jumped through hoops to get a complaint registered. I have yet to hear from anyone and I am out $150.oo.
Apparently the "free" sample becomes a $55.oo bottle if you decide to cancel! What a bunch of horse hockey!

Received Sample of Phentermin with no phone number or website to go to to cancel order. Have been charged 149.50 on checking account for an order I have not received. When calling the number provided on checking account, I was told I ordered the phentermin in Feb. I did not receive any until March 10. Also told that the first shipment comes automatically and charged to my bank account and cannot be canceled. I have not had a chance to cancel the order.

I have medical problems that preclude me taking this product . I have heart problems and thyroid problems for which I take medication. I have other problems but my medication takes care of it. Please give me an address where I can return the product If my credit card has been charged, please credit the charge or send me a refund check. You have my mailing address. Thank you in advance for honoring my request. Sincerely

I have been charged $149.95 for pills that I didn't order! I have received and returned the package and expect that I will be reimbursed for the money taken. I was unaware that I had been charged since there was no invoice with this package and I only discovered the charge when I received my bank statement. This company is a scam and I will report it to the Better Business bureau and also to the Mississippi Attorney Generals office.

I have also been scammed by the $4.95 Phenterthin offer that was posted on-line. I received two bottles less than one month later for the amount of $149.95. I called my Credit Card Company to put the purchase in dispute, and they gave me a number to contact them at: [protected]. When I reached a live person (which took 3 back-to-back attempts), the woman on the line told me that I had one of two options - 1- send back the two bottles that I received and get a $100.00 refund (keep in mind they are still charging me $49.95 for the original 15 complementary pills I received) or -2- keep one bottle and be charged only $79.95. She was very unkind, and when I told her the original pills made me feel jittery and that I didn't even use 13 pills of the original shipment, she told me they could not accept an opened bottle. I am just wondering if anyone has had this issue resolved, and received a full refund...

I am in the process of taking this to a lawyer to see about a Class Action Lawsuit against this company. What I need from you is information. Name, Residence, Time and Dates of Transactions, any evidence and cooporation with this suit. If you are interested in joining this lawsuit with me please send the above information to amberallard@msn.com. Subject heading Lawsuit! I am sick of people like this scamming the little guy! They charged 149.95 to my account unauthorized and then only wanted to give a 70.00 refund! This is crap since I never agreed to any terms and conditions. If you too have been through this with the Phenterthin please email me. THanks!

I along with the 11 other people that have complained, have had a horrendous experience with this company. PLEASE do not do business with them. They are only out there to take you money. The pills DO NOT work. I along with who knows how many, clicked on the submit button. I had a $49.95 charge on my account. I guess it could have been worse. Once I ordered it, I read the reviews and had to either take the $49.95 or get another order for $79.95. Truly horrible what this company is doing to so many people.

Phoned for free sample. Received 2 bottles of Phenterthin capsules. Later received entry on MasterCard statement charging my account $149.95. Attempted to phone company but got an answering service. Was given customer service phone number for the company. When I phoned the customer service phone number I was told I had to request a support ticket online. Attempted to obtain ticket but was unable to do so. Got a message that stated page was unaccessible. I want to return the items and obtain a credit to my charge account.

I was somehow signed up for some free trial of phenterthin and then received multiple bottles of their product in the mail along with over 150.00 worth of unauthorized charges to my credit card. I have tried multiple time through their phone number, online chats that are always showing offline and their email address to get someone to cancel this product and address the issue. No one will ever answer me and I now have no idea what to do to get my money back and get these people to be held accountable. The scam is still running on their website and someone needs to put a stop to this before more innocent people are ripped off.

Still have not received two week free trial yet account was charged. Now I have to cancel my credit card so no further charges from them can be taken from it. How can this website be floating around charging hundreds of people and get away with it. Is this not fraud? I hope people are more aware than I was. I didn't even know how to get to another website for them. If you go to contact us on the home page you get nothing. If anyone has had any luck getting their money back I would like to know. The fact that I have to go to all the trouble to cancel my card because they can't stop just one person from charging my card just makes me mad.

I actually canceled my account within the fifteen days and was still charged the full 149.95 to my account. They are saying I never gave them an option out of their 3, so they had to pick one! How stupid can you be to not understand cancel means "DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT" at least not to charge my account the most expensive amount! This company is only operated online so unfortunately I was unable to give them a piece of my mind, but I am going to hound them on their website for their stupid submit a ticket protocol. I do not plan to stop. Some how this company needs to be shut down, so other people wont get ripped off. If you have ordered anything from them and want to stop them from charging your account the full 149.95, go to this website http://www.nexgenlabsusa.com/support_site/index.php. Make an account and submit a ticket to cancel AP Program, in your notes put - cancel account Option 1. Thats what they are saying I didn't do.

I too purchased the free pills Phenterthin offers, got 15 and paid only 4.99 and I was thought that I could cancel at any time. They have a 24 hour phone number but nobody ever answers or returns your call. If you don't cancel within 15 days (and by the time you get them, your 15 days are almost up) you are charged 149.95, that they take out of your credit card. Even if you do could cancel, they will charge you 49.95. I have tried canceling them online at least 8 times (they say they are an "online" company and that's the only way you can contact them). To no avail - they have not canceled me. I've had to cancel my credit card - and then since they couldn't bill that they sent me to collections! I cannot stop them.

I was not informed there would be a $49.95 fee to unsubscribe, they automatically sent me 2 bottles charging me $149.95, these bottles nor the sample bottle contain any return address or any paper about the product. When calling the 800 # on the bottle it refers you to a web sight which i have yet gotten to work. I am disabled and on a fixed income (which at the present time has $17.00 to carry me through the month). I can not afford to stay on their merry-go-round!

Ordered free sample of Phenterthin for $4.99 shipping-was charged $149.95 and couldn't find e-mail. Website is barred due to scam complaints. Called and canceled , but they said shipment already mailed and could not refund that amount, but no added shipments would be sent. My Visa card said I must show proof of return to get a credit on statement. I do not have an address to send them to. They cleverly leave that off their packages. Can you help with that? I am on a fixed income, so this really hurts. I should have been smarter.

I ordered the "free" trial of their product for $4.99. Then, they deducted $149.95 from my checking account without authorization. I received a shipment of pills about two weeks after the charges appeared. I returned them, but from reading other complaints, I'll probably get the package back. I've tried contacting this company by phone and by email, but get no response to either. I need help! I can't afford to lose this money and from the sounds of the other complaints, this company continues deducting money from your account without authorization!

I received Phenterthin on January 21 from the post office and I signed for the pills. This cost $4.95 and the terms from the company read : in twenty days cancel through their website, get a claim ticket, talk with customer service and they will cancel. I sent email January 30, 08 and they did not cancel. They took the 149.95 out of my credit union without authorization. I have canceled my debit card, filed a report with the Sheriffs office and turned it into the Attorney General. This company cannot get by with this and lets fight the fraudulent company. They have 4 web sites. several phone numbers and two addresses! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE AND SOON! WWWEXTREMELEANRX.COM, WWWADEPRENEXR.COM, WWWNEXGENLABSUSA.COM and www.phenterthin.com.

I also fell for this scam. I believe the reason it called a "Diet Pill" is because it is impossible to eat when your hands are shaking or you are sitting on the toilet.
I returned the following 2 bottles and contacted the company through email at http://www.nexgenlabsusa.com/ saying I was unsatisfied with the product and expected a refund. If not I will contact my bank and dispute the charges.

I thought I was internet savvy, but apparently not.

I did order their (Free trial) for a price of 15.oo But after i got the pills and saw that they were not for me i tried to find a costumer service number or web page and there was nothing there, i am still looking for a service number to call... they have taken out first 40.o0 and i have not received anything from the company then they took out another 149.95 out of my bank account, so i have called the bank to put a stop to it... but i still need a service number to call or a web pg. to go to!

I was Charged 149.95 for something that I didn't order--this company is real smooth they have the normal disclosure and at the very bottom is the area that tells you that you are now a member and will get auto ship. I don't have the product or the money to pay for it. I have been working with them for 2 weeks to get my money back and they have just run me around the block! They need to be shut down and I have contacted an attorney to see what can be done about them.

Yes I fell for the secure looking add send in for your free trial for $4.95 and so i did and next thing I know I have a $149.95 charge on my account and 2 more bottles I never ordered. No I didn't see and of these complaints before I pushed the innocent send button! There is no company name to call no real phone number or real person to reply to online all you can do is get took!

Please Free trail users beware! company is a huge scam! need to be shut down hard and have the innocent people get their money back.

There needs to be away to prevent this stuff from happening!

I was sent a thing in my email for a free trial of Phenterthin and all I had to do was pay for shipping so I did. Then a few weeks later I received 2 bottles that I didn't order and was charged for them. I can't return them because there is no return address and there is no way to contact them online. I don't know what to do. I am very frustrated.

Thank you for taking my complaint. I appreciate it.

I got the free trial that I was supposed to pay shipping and handling then I noticed a withdraw from my account for $149.95 from PHENTERTHIN. I received two more bottles which I promptly took to the UPS Store and returned to sender with instructions to credit my account. That was almost qa month ago and my account has still not been credited.
