I was choosing parts being on the phone with one of the representatives. I was afraid to make a mistake and needed assistance. Mike was friendly and calm enough, but he advised me an absolutely wrong part. When I got it it didn't fit. I wish I couldn't mention Mike, but sorry, I think you have no idea about items you sell. The return process was painful. Not literally, of course, but it was a very messy process that took all of my time. I don't know what to advise. Maybe I was simply unlucky.
Missing items
I've purchased some parts from www.phastekperformance.com website and two items were missing. I contacted customer support which seemed nice and friendly and they said they'll ship the missing parts right away.
When I finally received the package there was only one item, one was still missing. Customer service rep said that it was out of stock and they'll send it to me as soon as they'll get it.
It was impossible to get a refund, they said it at the very beginning of our conversation. So I had no other options just to wait.
Gave them two weeks but my part was still unavailable. They said they have no idea when will they get it and asked me to be more patient. It's now over three months and I'm already sick and tired of waiting! I want my money back!

Seller doesn't change orders or return money back
I ordered car parts from the company www.phastekperformance.com. The seller provided wrong parts, which haven’t fitted me at all. The seller mentioned on the website that within 60 days I could return the order and get money back or simply changed it. I tried to change these parts, but the seller refused. He never explained why, he simply refused me and our communication stopped. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
