If you are here it is because you have had the pleasure of dealing with Pharmazone Labs and Nimbus Communications (the virtual call centers where you first called and ended up in this situation) and you want to know what you can do.

First, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY TRYING TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR A REFUND. They will give you the run-around, they will lie to you, hang up on you and yell at you. Even if they do agree to a refund it will only be partial and you may spend weeks or months trying to get it.

Contact your bank or credit card company to dispute ALL of the charges incurred by Pharmazone, Pleasure Ring, American Leisure, Easy Saver, etc. whether it is $9.41, $1.14, $9.95, $10.55, $16.95, $48.73, $39.32 or whatever new amount they come up with.

It's inconvenient and wastes a lot of your time and energy which is what they are counting on and they assume most people will just take the loss and chalk it up to they're own stupidity. I almost did but this company has made millions of dollars that way and you shouldn’t let them get away with it.

Their products do not work and they are fraudulent charges. You never entered into any agreement no matter what they tell you that you said. They’ll tell you they have you on tape agreeing to everything which may be true but they don’t always tell you everything. That is their scare tactic into stopping people from disputing the charges and/ or giving them refunds.

This is what you need to do if you haven’t already:

1. Dispute all charges with your bank or credit card company

2. File complaint with Attorney General of State of Arizona about Pharmazone Labs at:

http://www.azag.gov/consumer/complaintform.html

3. File complaint with Federal Trade Commission under Credit Card FRAUD with Nimbus Communications and Pharmazone Labs for selling Credit Card Info without consumer knowledge or consent to marketing sites such as American Leisure and Easy Saver at:

https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

4. File complaint with Better Business Bureau of Maine about the selling practices and fraudulent use/ charges to your credit card because of Nimbus Communications (These are the people that knowingly sell a fraudulent product and then sell your credit card info to third parties) at:

http://data.boston.bbb.org/complaint/index.asp?FirmID=99999

Info you will need for complaint:
President of Nimbus Communications: Dave Sylvain
Address: 29 Ferry Lane Biddeford, ME 04005
Phone: [protected]

5. File complaint with Better Business Bureau of Arizona about the poor customer service, refund practices and general nastiness of people of Pharmazone Labs at:

6. Lastly e-mail/ call / send letters to the people who are really responsible for your misery with this contact info:

On July 7, 2008, I ordered free Viapren Sample from a newspaper ad and inspite of their promise to ship and charging my credit card $ 9.41, I did not receive any sample. they were not able to provide documentation of shipment of free sample to my credit card co.

About one weeks later, on July 25, 2008, I received a full shipment of their product with total charges of $ 48.73. The invoice provided gave the above email address and no phone number for cancellation of order. Email address could not be accessed. I therefore had no means of stopping further shipments.

30 days later another shipment Of $ 48.71 arrived. I had my credit card charges disputed.

Heard a commercial on the radio for this stuff. Ordered a "sample" to try. No one told me I would get another package a week later and charge my credit card. Not only that, my card has other charges on it now for things I did not order and have no idea what they are! I tried to call the company's 1800 number and got yelled at and told that I did indeed know about these charges and they could prove it with my recorded voice! Right... I don't think so, being that I never agreed to more shipments of this or any other products. I tried to email the company but got "Mailer Daemon" notices on any email addresses I could find.
I contacted my bank and related the story. They will be looking into matters and I have a case number for fraud and one for disputed charges.

11/24/08 I, like all the others here, accepted the free offer for “Viapren” and was tricked into using my credit card for the shipping charges. I was assured that there would be no other future charges – or recurring charges.

Low and behold, yesterday I receive a package from “Pharmazone Fulfillment” that I did not order or authorize. I immediately checked my credit card account – DAMN… I just got clipped for $48.73.

I called the 1-800-770-8158 number to find out why I was being charged. I’ll spare you the details but basically I was told I signed up as a member and “could have” cancelled within the “10 day trial period” – that I was never told about.

I asked for a refund and was immediately hung up on!!!

I contacted my CC Company and explained the problem and expressed fear that there would be additional unauthorized charges – I should be protected now against future charges – but NO REFUND will be coming my way.

After locating and reading this great form for suckers like me – I calmly called Fulfillment Services back again. The same lady that had previously spoken to - and hung up on not 30 minutes earlier – answered as if I we’re a first time caller. She took my information again… only this time I simply asked to cancel my “Membership” which she promptly gave me a reference confirmation number and assured me there would be no future charges.

I guess I feel better now – although the ### did rip me off for $48.73 of my hard earned dollars! Oh, and no the product did not perform as promised, not at all.

You guys need to call your credit card company or banks and dispute the charge. They are not legitimate and the bank will have to credit you.

Has anyone looked into a class action lawsuit? I'd think there is plenty of evidence out there to warrant a nice big settlement against these ###!!

And by the way, you can call the president of Nimbus Communications, David Sylvain, at the numbers above (207-205-1752, 623-203-2486, 207-284-2883). I did, and actually got through to him on one of these numbers. He was very nice about everything, of course promising the world, but nothing ever happened. So, make sure you call his number to complain. If nothing else, it will make him change his contact numbers if he doesn't want any more calls.

THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!! After I heard the commercial on the radio I called and orded the free strips and just paid the shipping and handling. They said I had 30 days to cancel before being carged more. The product never came. When I called back theysaid they didnt put the appartment # so thats y i didnt get it. Then they gave me another # where unlike when I gave them my card info, they were not so friendly. The rep kept cutting me off and was rude to me. She said that I was supposed to cancel within 10 days and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else who assured me I would be receiving a full refund in 30 business days. 2 months later I never was refunded. I called back again and they said my information was not on file and they had no record that I even ordered from them.

    Hi,

I am so sorry to hear about all of your bad experiences you have had with Stimul-X. Unfortunately, that is what happens to every customer. I used to be employeed with Stimul-X for 6 months in their Scottsdale Call Center.

I guarantee their company is a complete fraud. You probably thought that you had a 10 Day Trial with the product, if they even told you about it when you placed your order. Think again, they have their computers set to send the next product to you on the 9th day. And, when you call they tell their CSR's to make up and alter the dates that you really placed your order.

So you got past that part, now you want to mail the product back. DON'T BOTHER. They will never issue you the refund of $33.33 or $39.32 or $40.46 that they promised. They just wait until they get too many chargebacks on one credit card provider and ditch that one and switch to another.

Now, they want you to keep the product for a credit of $12, $14, $16, $20, or $24. Understand that those employees get paid a commission from the hard earned money you were charged for this product if you agree to keep that product.

So you declined that and now they are telling you that they will play the recording from when you placed your initial (FREE) order. For one, they don't even have that recording, it never existed and you NEVER CONSENTED TO A 10 DAY TRIAL.

Simply thank them for their time, haha, and hang up. Then immediately call your credit card provider (VISA, MC, AMEX) and inform them that the only charge you authorized was for $9.41 for the sample order and that you never authorized $48.73, $49.87 or whatever other new amount they have come up with. You will DEFINITELY GET YOUR MONEY BACK and you don't have to deal with these people anymore.

And when finished with that and if you have time please contact the Arizona Attorney General's Office @

    1275 W. Washington Street
    Phoenix, AZ 85007

ATTN: CRIMINAL DIVISION, SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS SECTION

and file A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THEM, they're familiar with the company already!

I hear this advertisement on the radio and called for more information. I did receive the free sample that cost $9.41. I also declined their other offers, which by the way were numerous! I called several times right after I received the sample to receive a recording stating that the hold time would be less than 59 seconds, only to hold for 10 minutes then get disconnected. By the time I actually reached someone they had already shipped out the next month's supply and charged me $48.97. I was told that I was welcome to return the shipment for credit minus a $16 restocking fee and shipment charges of $4-$10 or could receive a $16 credit and keep the shipment. Either way I was very dissatisfied with both the product (we both went to sleep after use with no activity) and with the company themselves as they were hard to reach and their suggested means of resolve no where near totaled the price billed to my account.

First of all, YOU are the one that called them to try to get your penis to work again. If anyone should be to blame, it's yourself for attempting to do things to your body that are unnatural.

Second of all, they tell you immediately in the beginning of the conversation that you have to pay for the shipping/handling, and that after 10 days if you don't call them to cancel, you'll be charged for a month's supply, and every month after that until you call to cancel. If you can't follow simple directions like that, then I guess you're still to blame because you're an idiot.

Third of all, how many people do you think will put their names out there as being someone who called up to get their dick to work right? I'm sure everyone is chomping at the bit to make sure it's known that their penis doesn't work, and they were dumb enough to try and spend money on something they heard on the radio to get the job done.

Get a life, and better yet, get a job since you clearly have nothing else better to do than [censored] and moan over 50 bucks.

    Mr. Shiver,

    You sir are dumb.
They are preying on people who's "penis dont work" as you so eloquently put it.
Their product dont work, and they DO NOT answer the number they give you to cancel.
Heck, i filed a complaint with the BBB back in December and as of yet, they haven't even responded to the BBB

P.S. you work for them, or what?
