Ordered, paid, never received pills. Called the help line, got someone who told me the shipment was in the mail, i waited a few days. Still no shipment. Called again, was given a "tracking number", i hung up and checked the tracking number online. The tracking number showed the package delivered to georgia. I live in ohio. I called back and informed brian or mike that the tracking number he gave me was not mine. I was told i would get a call back from a "supervisor" within a 24 hours and my package would be re - sent immediately. I waited 24 hours, no call. I called back and continued to do so for several weeks, and never received my order and never got a refund either. They stole my $100. You live and learn i guess. But what i learned i will pass along to you: this company is a ripoff!

In fact I've had a good experience from pharmaexpressrx.com and their predecessor, trustpharma.com. Recently I ordered tadalafil 20 mg, and was sent sildenafil 100 instead. I contacted them via customer support about the error, and they asked me to send a photo of the item that I'd received. I did so, and within 10 days they sent me the correct order AND let me keep the incorrect order. SCORE!

But I'm disappointed to see all the negative reviews, and I'll think twice about using them in the future...may be moot because my last visit to the website timed out.

If "random" customer positive comment + broken english in comment + obvious scam website = scammer posting the comments.

Don't buy from this company. Plain and simple.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered, but i did actually receive my order. I'm shocked.
I had given up after being given the run-a-round, given wrong tracking numbers, and basically being outright lied to.
i placed my order on 1-27 and was told it was shipped on 2-1. It took almost a month to even get a correct tracking number.
I finally did receive my order on 3-6... So i guess i'm one of the lucky ones. Good luck

Nice I didn't find the complaints about this over sea pharmacy until i spent 136 bucks 11 days ago.. now i suspect I've thrown my money down the drain... If I somehow miraculous receive my package i'll write a good review for them. I've heard customs might be responsible for the lost shipments Some people have tried 2 or 3 times and it would get threw 2 out of 3 times... Viagra is 40 Freakin dollars a pill now... so if its true Ill give them a chance to beat our custom patrol

Seems pretty obvious that the 'positive' reviews here were written by the Company. The language is all similar — that of someone from another country (INDIA). These particular phrasings and (poor) sentence structures are just not the way Americans write... I was just about to place an order with these people, but found this site first... I should have suspected something when I noticed their prices are significantly better than the others, and they offer a steep discount for an ECHECK versus credit card. I guess they can get banking information that way, and also are protected against credit card company chargebacks when customers don't receive the merchandise...

You guys are so full of it...The treatment that I have gotten from your Company is very sad...I check the tracking number just now and it's just now leaving India 2 days ago(Jan 7, 2015)...I place my order with you almost over a month ago (Dec, 18, 2014)...and I paid extra for express mail...This is the worst service in the world...Don't give me that BS about the Holidays...Your Company is Bad...I need a refund...

Here are some more emails to this company...Pharmaexpressrx.com..who just did not care about my complaints

This email is from the company after I complaint about my Credit Card charge:

Sir,

We assure you that we will compensate you on your next order with us as we cannot do partial refunds. Please notify us by sending an email to us immediately once the order is placed so that we get notified and we will do the needful for you.

My reply:(And they never reply back)

That's not good enough...I called your Company in time for you guys to look @ my complain...and your Company did not reply back. Now you saying I should have notified you in time. I DID JUST THAT...This is bad service and I will not do any kind of business with your Company again. Matter of Fact I will be calling my Bank on getting my refund. As you can see below my Bank charge the international Fee separate.

Hi...I paid for express shipment over 12 days ago...and not only your company have not given me a tracking number ...I don't have my package yet. Your company just disregards all my emails request and questions over and over. Can someone please help me with all my questions. This is the worst customer services.

Hi ..This company.. Pharmaexpressrx.com‏...Is the worst in the world...Don't use them I got rip-off..Here some emails I like to share with you guys...They are the worst...Hi ...My Credit Card states:" PRUFGWSMA CO LTD BEIJING "...Not "Levine.redefine Y.K."...charging @ a amount of 105.00.

1st...The charge should be 102.00...and I understand that my Bank charge international Fee...but my Bank charge that amount separately...They do not lump them together. My question ..Is this Name: "PRUFGWSMA CO LTD BEIJING" part of your Company? If not I need to dispute this charge. Not only the Name is wrong..the Amount is wrong.

Also why express mail($25) takes over 10-15 days? If I known this I would have set it up for less shipping cost.

i ordered meds from these people over two weeks ago. After the 1st week i tried to speak to an online rep. They never get on their chat line. I tried that several times to no avail. I then called them on their 800 number. They don't even answer using the name of their business. They just say hello. The rep told me that i''d receive an email w/tracking info in a few days. I never received any info. I called them back a few days later. I told the rep that i haven't received the meds. He told me i'd receive them by end of the following week. The end of the following week came and went and i still haven't received the meds. I callled them once again, and i'm told that the meds were shipped and that it takes time. I sounded as if the rep was reading from a teleprompter. He kept interupting me and kept saying that customs takes time, and that the holiday week makes things hard. I then asked why i didn't receive my tracking info. He told me that because i paid for basic shipping there wasn't a tracking number. Then why on earth would the other rep tell me that i would get tracking info. I told the guy that i'd be disputing the charge on my credit card even if i do ge the meds. He told me the conversation was being recorded...lol. I'll just have the package returned to sender. Let's see how they like to treated like idiots. They have a nice looking website but their service is horrible..

I tried to make a purchase, I gave my credit card number, my credit card locked them out immediately. I figured that my Credit Card knew something about them that I didn’t. PharmaExpressRx advertises that they take checks. I did not want to give them my checking account number due to what happened with my CC so I sent them a money order. They sent the money order back saying we could not do business at this time. I think they wanted my checking account number. I would not give them your numbers.

I ordered something also from pharmaexpressrx.com and never recieved the product is has been 3 weeks. Doubt if I will ever see my money back but I do know I would never use them again. I doubt if anybody is recieving any product and that the ones on this site that said they did work for the company. Get the word out on them. Don't send them money.

For me http://www.pharmaexpressrx.com is the best one. I am using this pharmacy from so many months and it's quite good than other pharmacies. Sometimes order get delayed for 3-4 days but i think it's ok with online pharmacies.

Hi Friends, While surfing your web site I got the link to the good and useful site that is really helpful . You have gave link to such a good site i.e. pharmaexpressrx.com. This site has provided with the Generic Meridia which is use for the weight loss. This has really reduce my weight so early that now I really feel very comfortable and also light weight. Sometimes it happens, I agree. Either orders get delayed or reach on time. At online pharmacy, it's common fact.I always prefer and suggest PharmaExpressRx.com for secure online shopping & cause of avoiding Fraud Online Pharmacy which incorporates numerous crimes and potentially dangerous health considerations.

Hey dear all of you howz life?
You all seems to enjoy the online medication to enjoy the sexual pleasure.Me too, but wait a minute, I never had any delays in the shipment nor did I experienced any type of financial problems.I stay in New York and I take the medications regularly.How can you tell such things because it appears to be false what you all say about PharmaExpressRX.If it is true then there might have been some technical issues that too I don't think so.No problem guys enjoy the ice-cream before it melts ;)

I always use pharmaexpressrx.com to buy the drugs. I was also initially in doubt about their service, but I received my goods on time. I have ordered the next order from them. Even the prices at pharmaexpressrx.com are affordable so I prefer purchasing the medicines from them.

I have been little luckier than you. I had ordered Caverta. And they told me that order will reach me within two weeks but it took whole month. but finally i got the packet. I was also very frustrated when dint get my parcel in time. I thought i was also ripped off. But it came as a surprise because i had left the hope. But when i got my parcel i was little happy. I have been purchasing online for last five years. It happens, sometimes your parcel may hang in between custom. As a result order do not come in time and sometimes it happens that orders are delivered but not allowed by the shipping policies of different countries. This is the fact of online buying. And the person who buy thing online have to accept it and should be aware about this.
