I would be very grateful if you could assist me with my complaint. I have ordered 150 Viagra pills of 400mg strength from the above company. The order was confirmed by 'Alexander' of the above company on the 7th of December as follows:
"Your order X[protected] is for:1 pack of Viagra 12 pills x 100 mg - $0.01 pack of Viagra Plus 30 pills x 400 mg - $96.21 pack of Viagra Plus 120 pills x 400 mg - $267.12Delivery (AirMail) - $4.95Total: $368.27"
This order was delivered just after Christmas, however the pills are ONLY 25mg ! This is 16 times less than the 400mg per pill. Now I am unable to contact them at the phone #'s they provided as follows:
"If you wish to contact our support, please, keep your order ID X[protected] in your message or in its subject and you may always call us at:[protected]) 383 7433".
I phoned three times on the 5th and agin three times today the 7th. I have also communicated by e-mail on the 5th clearly stating the problem and I am still awaiting a response to the e-mail.
In the order form they stated that cancelling of the credit transfer after placing the order would constitute fraud and be subject to prosecution. HOWEVER, the "deliberate?" supply of a lessor product is as far as I am concerned an even more severe act of fraud.
I am sure you will understand my predicament, firstly as I cannot afford to waste $368.27 in this manner and secondly because it is not possible to physically visit their offices in an effort to rectify the problem as I am in the RSA.
Again, your kind assistance will be much appreciated to help remedy this issue.

I ordered pills for my husband and I used a credit card too. Alexander emailed me and said we have successfully received you order and immediately sent you a notification and this is our third letter sent to you. He said my order was dispatched to my location within 24 hours. I did not get 3 notifications from him. I didn't get anything within 24 hours either. That was on Jan 14, 2009. I emailed the company and asked when could I expect my order and an email came back to me from Alicia Cole stating that she couldn't find an order for me and could I give her an order number? I do not have an order number because I wasn't sent one that I received via email. I called the 210-787-1711 phone number and I can't get a person on the line only a voice mail asking me to leave a message, or email them at uphs.info. Please help. Juanita Abner

The domain MedsPharmacySupport.com is NOT CONNECTED IN ANY WAY to
the domain MedsPharmacy.com.

Apart from a superficial name similarity, there is no other connection.

The domain MedsPharmacySupport.com appears to be based in England.
MedsPharmacy.com is not based in England.

i have ordered 110 propecia pills of this company 6 weeks ago. After i ordered i received an email from them telling me that my order was dispatched and that i would receive my order within a month. After the month came i emailed them. 3 days passed with no reply so i emailed them again. No reply again. This is not acceptable. I don't like being ripped off and i'm begining to think that i have been. I would like somebody to contact me and let me know what is going on.

Hi, My name is Bree Olson. I have some positive experience with them. All products I ordered were delivered on time. I am happy with them. I think the problem is that many people who received their products would never comment here. There are many happy customers.

I am in the UK and have just placed an order with said company, in some respects I was dubious because they do not have it so that you can log back into order more goods where you would expect it they would want you coming back for more.

The testominals are from 2006, surely they would have had more recent ones to put up, even false ones.

Thankfully I have only purchased $58 worth of goods, so about £30 so I can reasonably afford to lose this, even though I do not want to do so.

This is a very bad sign http://check-my-order-status.com/ does not even work.

Also in the email, they are a Candaian based company and yet they quote details will be passed onto the FBI, unless I am mistaken the FBI do not operate in Canada, a totally different country.

Still we shall see, will give it a month and see if anything comes.

Well so far, just got another email with the tracking number, and was told to look at Parcel Force a UK based delivery company and sure enough the tracking is correct.

The goods have not been dispatched from Canada as expected but from Bombay, India.

Expected date of arrival is supposed to be the 3rd of March, so I shall keep you informed.

So far looking very good though.

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but guess what has just arrived through the door today.

12 100 mg tablets saying siidenafil citrate tablets 100mg

Although I was getting in a panic regarding this and being honest, I went back to my email box to log into the site that was for tracking to confirm that I recieved the email, but the website is not working.

I have yet to try the pills so when I do that then I shall post more feedback. I am reasonably dubious in some respects of placing another order with this company, but my goods arrived with no problems what so ever.

Goods arrived one day before they were due to and I ordered 24th of Feb 2009 and arrived 02nd of March 2009 so on delivery I am a very happy chappy.

The tablets do look larger than the branded viagra, so might end up having a stiff neck if I cannot swallow properly but I am glad that my order has arrived :)

Well I thought that I would do a follow up to my reviews so far in which to say I have tried two tablets now in two days and sadly nothing has happened at all.

I have 100 mg tablets, but they do nothing, so in some respects yes am ripped off to the tune of what turned out to be £40 odd quid in the end.

I know that the makers of viagra are putting out a lot of horror stories at the moment regarding fake viagra from India which has rat poisons, paint and other materials in it.

I would strongly advise not to think that cheap is the best option and stick with branded stuff from reputatble suppliers.

Generic viagra simply does not work I am going to my doctor and taking these along and he may be able to send one off for analyis but deffinatly does not do the job.

Think long and hard before you part with your money.

Total: $66.9 my oder number is S51-522356 . They charged my card $85.00 and I have yet to see my order. I can't contact them through email which I sent many and none of the links they sent work, I can't get them on the phone either.
