I (Gouri Agnani) am writing this mail to document the medical necessity for further treatment. This letter provides information about my diagnosis, summarizes the treatment
I am suffering from Metastatic Breast Cancer with Lymphnodal, bony and Lung metastasis.
I initially received palliative chemotherapy followed by Hormonal therapy (Anastrazole + Zoledronic Acid) from March'16 till Aug'18 (2.5 years).

In Aug'18 end pet-CT scan report, disease showed progression so I advised CDK inhibitor (palbociclib+ Fulvestrant+ Zoledronic Acid) for further treatment.
An estimate of 8 lakhs for 6 months from Aug'18 till Feb'19 was shared.
As per the latest report, I am stable. So, Doctor has advised this treatment to continue.
Now, I am not in a position to bear more expenses.
I have purchased 8 Bottles of Palbace 125mg till date
In view of the current situation, I request your support.
Kindly grant free medicine "Palbace 125mg". I know that there is such a mechanism available in your organization

Please note: I have already sent 6 empty bottles along with Bills via courier, to Prerna assistance center, remaining 2 bottle I will be sending soon.

It's been more than a month now, I have not received any update from the team.
As per them the email has been sent to Pfiser, we are awaiting for their response.

The last tablet i have taken on 05th April'2019. There shouldn't be a gap of more than 7 days as advised by the Doctor, but today it sis soing t be 20 days.

I would like to submit my complaint against medical team in gulf area. Spesifically kearem samah who dealt with me by unprofessional, unrespectable way. The event start by enrollment the unit i worked within in clinical study for sunitinib without my knowledge, even the cases i m responsible for there treatment.
2nd he sent me email asking for signing a contract as speaker even without my knowledge

I am very upset because the way the people of color are displayed on Prevnar 13 commercials. The people of color appears to be extremely oily. Please explained why this is. I was born in 1963. I had severe chronic ear problems as a child. The medication Tetracycline was given to me for this condition, in which my parents were never told or warned it could or would discolor my teeth for the rest of my life.
My discolored teeth has affected me my entire life. I have never been able to smile without being self-conscious of my tooth color. I have had many people ask me, when I was going to get my braces off, or asking me why were my teeth blue.
There are not many pictures of me because of my discolored teeth. I could definitely say Tetracycline has basically ruined much of my life. I am also antisocial because of this!

There was a Lack of Drug product in capsules-some are missing powder within the actual capsule or some capsule have no product inside, I have brought this to attention to my GP and pharmacist. When he opened the capsule up, he noticed the powder missing from within. My seizures have been getting worse as I rely on this medication and also my bloods have dropped dramatically. I don't know how this product got through quality. I am an epileptic and rely on your product this has happened 3 times in the last 6 mths. April-present). Congratulations on your material handlers engineers for creating a bottle opening that gives two drops instead of one. I am on a fixed income and am very upset that your plastic bottle dispenser by Greenstone LLC cannot provide one drop at a time but gives one drop followed in less the a second by a second drop. This is very annoying and very greedy on your part.

I am dissatisfied with Pfizer Rx pathways customer service new refill policy. I have spoken with several customer servers representatives over 3 weeks trying to get a refill on my medication Revatio for Pulmonary Artial Hypertension. I am completely out of my medication & I have started having symptoms that this medication helped. As of today, September 10, 2018 I have yet to receive this medication. The last 2 people I talked with was Al & Tom. I'm being told my refill has been canceled because there were no script attached to the order & no one notified me of this, needless to say this reason has been going back & forth from me to them to my physcians with proof that the script has been electronically sent. Please go back to the other way the customer service reps helped, it was so much better & less stressful.

We received a complaint ON 7/31 from one of our customers about the physical appearance of product Zarotin ZARONTIN 250 MG CAP 100 with NDC: [protected] and LOT/EXPIRY: [protected]-Jan-2019.
They said advised the capsule looked dusty on the surface.

I am 55 years old, I have suffered from ugly discoloured, brittle teeth all of my life caused by tetracycline administered to me as a child. I had 3 molar teeth extracted at aged 10 as weakness caused through lack of protective enamel. I am to this day, ashamed to smile as the discolouration and deterioration of my teeth has had a massive impact on me. When are you going to show empathy and take responsibility for this? Hah! Never because your just another money greedy pharma.

My mother was given Tetracycline whole oregnant with me back in 1976-1977. As a result I have never had the protective enamel layer on my teeth. Even as my adult teeth came in I was still left without. Even though I brush and have always brushed 2-3 times a day I have had a lifelong battle of with my teeth. My mother took me to the dentist regularly throughout my childhood but to no avail I was lady with ugly teeth and as the years have gone by it has only become worse. Now it's just common to have a part of a tooth break off while eating or sometimes just sitting around watching tv a piece will break off in my mouth. Over the last 10 years I havegotte. To the point that once a tooth breaks and causes me pain I just go Have it pulled and and now I am without half my teeth. I figure once they are all gone I'll work on getting implants put in and then maybe one day ill actually be able to smile for a picture instead of looking like I'm mad all the time. My whole
Life I have had people make fun of me, ive been looked down on, I've lost jobs, not been hired for a job all because of my teeth. I try to never let anyone see them because it is embarrassing. Once they are seen people automatically assume I don't brush or I am a drug user. It breaks my heart that my kids have never seen me smile really. Most people think I'm an unhappy person because I don't smile. It would be such a wonderful joy to be able to smile at my grandchildren and show them I'm not a sad person.

Please include me in any lawsuit against these

I was using champix .
I seem to be jolting in my sleep, nightmares,
Depression, agitation, anxiety and finally a seizure and taken by ambulance to hospital . Rushes going through my body
My gp and myself and neurologist tend to think it was Champix tablets . I'm certain it was.
I was healthy now I have to have 6 months off work cause I can't drive .
Will I loose my house or have a job to go back too ?
Very upset I didn't know this before hand .

I am another tetracycline baby that grew up with gray, pitted, weak, ugly teeth. I am now 56 and I have had two break in the last two years. Last week, I lost a front tooth which was absolutely devastating. I lived my entire life with ugly teeth and the inability to pay for a cosmetic solution. Most of my money goes to saving my damaged teeth but it seems to be a losing battle. Please include me in any information or class action law suits. Pfizer needs to at the very least pay for dental treatment. You cannot put a price on the psychological damage Pfizer has placed on us.

I had surgery on my spine in late August. I have been using heat and cold to keep the swelling and stiffness down to a minimum after physical therapy.
Saw your product at the CVS inside Target and read the label .Sounded great for my situation so I purchased a box containing 3 wraps. Figured, if the directions tell me that people over 55 shouldn't have direct contact with the wrap, and should instead wear clothing in between to protect against burning, this must be a great product.

The first wrap I had on for over 2 hours. I got more heat from the light bulb on my end table than from the wrap. Went to my bedroom to lie don and, for the next 2 hours the television was throwing more heat.

Next day, same scenario.
Your product SUCKS.
A waste of time, and a wasted ride to the store.
Take it off the market and stop lying to people looking for relief.

On 11/03/2017 I was shown unfair treatment at the Pfizer Company Located in Rocky Mount, NC. The LC was very rude when she spoke to her employees, she doesn't give he employees a option to volunteer to work or not, she has a very bad attitude and doesn't communicate with her workers. I feel as though she gives being a line coordinator a bad name you should work with your co workers, you should communicate, you shouldn't force the people you work with to do anything making a list of when they should work who they should work with and when its very controlling this matter should be handled immediately. Pfizer is a good company to work for but if things like this don't get under control then no one will want to work for this great company because of how they get treated.

While giving this capsule to my husband I found two different colored capsule(one skyblue and second is green in color) and filling is also different in both capsule... looks like previous product is packed..lack of operator responsibility, production and also lack from QA side...quality issue...take this problem seriously, increase your manpower and checking points...

Post 3 tummy surgeries need this one med for life to ward off vomit acid bile. They stopped it ensuring I die as they r so famous for. Why does their adverse effects dept keep sending these letters I'm not even on procardia. They made it up. Look at letter. I've had 3 Fundoplications with gastroparesis and recurrent gut infections and since age 29 the only ppi that has controlled my vomit acid bile debilitating nausea and pain is brand name protonix which u took away from me this week and I can't stop puke heave choke worse nausea and stomach pain ever can't eat or drink. After being prescribed Venoflaxine 112 mg for a bout of Depression following the death of my parent, I am absolutely devastated that I no longer am a normal functioning adult human being. I have only taken the tablets from February to July and asked to come off then because of the catatonic, zombie state they put me in. Now being drug free for at least 6 weeks I am terrified! I have no memory capacity, I have lost large chunks of my life, I am cognitively a shadow of the high functioning professional that I was prior to taking the drug, I cannot retain or recover information, I cannot drive, I cannot prepare food, I have lost my job and am a liability and too dangerous to be left alone as I can leave cookers on doors open, I have burned myself, cut myself all by accident as I am no longer able to do that much.
