p.f. changs review: terrible everything but food 2

my husband and i have always eaten at p.f. changs, from arizona to orlando, fl to georgia. we have told tons of people about how great it is, always the same, great food, service, clean, etc. well, we were very shocked to eat at the one in alpharetta, ga. our waitress (natalia) was a space case. she was not with us at all. could not get order straight, never brought out sauces, had to ask for them and we asked for surachie sauce, she said they don't have it. we were about done with our lettace wraps before she brought our sauces and then found out they do have surachie sauce. gee, i have had it at every one!. i also informed her of this.she brought our soup with our meal, never, ever had that before. there was a guy that was undoing his belt, showing it off to another waitress, you would have thought he just got done in the bathroom, we could see all this because he was doing it at the end of the bar, between the bar and the kitchen. a nother waiter was taking lettace wraps to a table, dropped the lettace on the table and left it there for them to eat, picked it up with his hands and placed it back on plate, i don't really think so, not me anyway. when it was time for desert, we ordered, we watched her walk back and forth thru the kitchen at least 4 times, we don't know what she was doing. i also had ordered extrs orange peel chicken sauce and she forgot it. my husband always gets a tsing tao beer, she said she didn't know what that was! she really acted distracted, high or something, truly not with us at all. we did ask for the manager, that evening it was bret bantlett, he gave us a coupon for a appitizer the next time we come in, he said he just took over and was trying to get things straightened out, truly he seemed more conserned about being the workers friend than there boss. when i asked to speak with the manager i watched the girl go to him and he fiddle farted around for about 5 minutes before coming to deal with me. i am a manager and work with the public daily, the customer should always come first! we were very, very disappointed with every thing, the waitress didn't even give us rice to take with us home, this has never happened to us before either. and on top of all things this was our anniversary, we could have gone anywhere, and we chose chang's...very, very disappointed. i would really like to here from you.
