Peugeot Hatfield Waiting for refund (Wrong wheel caps ordered by salesperson)

I phoned and spoke to the Parts sales agent named Bernard. I gave him the details about the wheel caps I required. I requested 15" wheel caps for a Citroen C2. He then asked for the VIN number and mentioned he can only order using the VIN number, where he then quoted me for the parts. I then emailed him the VIN number where he then sent me a quote. Only part numbers where on the quote and no part detail so I couldn't determine if it was the correct parts. He also never confirmed the details from the VIN with the details given to him. After the parts arrived I then went to collect and noticed that it wasn't the correct parts as he ordered 14" and not 15" as requested. Bernard then apologized in person and in writing stating he made a mistake and will order the 15" wheel caps as first requested. After about 2 months of waiting and constantly phoning and emailing they then changed their story and stated they not going to order the parts as promised. I then asked for a refund and they also refuse to pay a refund. As the mistake was clearly on their side, and they too unprofesional to make good on their promises, I expect a full refund plus interest.

Peugeot Hatfield Warrantee authorisations

The bluetooth on my vehicle is not working, i reported the problem around June 2016. Since the vehicle is still under warrantee they promised to fix the problem. On the 15 July 2016 they booked a vehicle the whole day. Only to be informed that the radio is the problem and they needed to order it. I took the vehicle and left. After some days they called me to let me know the part arrived and we booked the vehicle for the 05 August 2016. Again the vehicle was booked the whole day only to be informed later that the part that was delivered is not the right one. They promised to order the correct part. It took about 2 months before the part can be delivered and I was checking with the dealer all along. Finally on Friday the 11 Nov 2016 I was informed the part has arrived and I booked the vehicle for the 15 Nov 2016. Again they booked the vehicle the whole day. When I called to check progress I was informed that head office is refusing to authorise because of the code of the part. I tried calling customer care on [protected] at 15:50 then I get a voice recording saying "you have reached us outside our office hours, our office hours are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. I then called the cutomer care again the following day. I spoke to the lady named Zanele whom promised to resolve my problem. She promised to call me back later but did not. i then called her again later then she informed me that the problem is not the part number but the warrantee does not cover the radio. I asked her how come they initially agreed but the part that was ordered was not the correct one she then said she will equire with warantee department. She did not call me until i called her again yesterday the 22 November. She reiterated that their maintanance plan booklet which was not supplied to me when i bought the vehicle indicates that the radio is not covered but they will give a good manship which they will cover 50 percent of the costs

To resolve this issue I would like Peugeot to fix the vehicle (Radio) and under warrantee as initially promised. Since I'm using the vehicle for official purpose be given a courtesy car to use while they are fixing the car because i wasted a lot of time leaving the vehicle with them without them fixing it. Also Peugeot customer care should improve on their customer service. If they say they work until 5 they should work until then. Zanele should value the customers and treat us as if we are important. if she promise to get back to a client she should do so.

Peugeot Hatfield Service

I have a problem with Peugeot Hatfield. I bought a Fiat (pre-used) car from their dealership. When I went to pick up my car in December 2015 I was told that they would send through a spare key, service and a disc. I did manage to get a disc and the service book however the spare they did not issue me with one till today. They saying they are still waiting for it as it has been order from fiat south. I have been contacting them countless times and sending them emails but they do not want to send me the key. The sales manager was rude and hangs up on my calls, he also does not respond to my emails. I took the liberty to contact fiat to do a follow up with a key that was ordered from my car and they confirmed that they have not received any order. So all along I have been lied to. I spoke to the sales manager last week and he confirmed over the phone that I should give him a quotation of the key and I should place an order and they will make the payment . I requested that this should be in writing as proof he said he will send an email but he didn’t. So I sent an email to him he never responded to the email because clearly he does not want to bind himself as he knows that he won’t be ordering my key. He gave me another story stating that I will receive the key on Monday its Thursday today he hasn’t called and does not even say anything about it. I am tired of being given the run around and nothing is happening.
