Absolutely miserable quality! The materials are terribly cheap, completely overpriced. The received products look nothing like in the pictures. This is all just poor, cheap stuff dropshipped from China! Their service and return policy are not less miserable, so you're pretty much stuck with what was ordered. The worst online shopping experience! The only thing you guys make well is Photoshopping the terrible quality of your products. It's pathetic! The purest fraud! Keep away!

This company is a scam! Beautiful and professional looking website. But the clothing ships to you directly from China, a fact they conveniently left off the website. The clothing doesn't even have sizes on them. I received some of my order. Then I started receiving packages daily from China that weren't mine (I ordered boy clothing, and these were girl clothes). When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful. I gave up, chalking this up as an expensive lesson. I want to warn others not to waste their money!

We do have an office in Connecticut, USA, but we work with different brands globally and we ship thousands of items a day based on availability, and from various locations including USA, Europe, and Asia. Not all products are stored in the same place and not everything will be shipped together.
We have checked your case from your previous emails to us regarding your order, but you did not mention that the items you received were not what you ordered or that they were girl clothes. You just informed us that you did not like the quality of some of the items . When we asked you nicely to send us photos of the items with issues so we can correct whatever mistakes we made, you did not send us any, instead, you said you want to return the items and ask for a refund. We provided you the return address as well as the link of return/refund policy and explained it.
We value all our customers and we respect whatever decisions they make. Please be assured that we always do our best to assist you with whatever issues you have with your order, and we are willing to correct the mistakes made.

customer service and quality
Very bad quality clothing, straight from China. I only received half my order and I contacted customer service regarding this issue. They told me it was going to be sent. 2 weeks later I contacted them as I had not received my order. They said they will contact their warehouse, this took too long so I asked for a refund, they told me they will process it through the accounts team. It has now been 3 months and I have not received my refund. This company steals from their customers! Avoid at all costs!

Fitting and quality are very bad and delivery takes up to more than a month and still didn' t receive all items. When I Google the labels in the clothing I did receive, it leads me straight to Ali Express:) Please don 't let this cheaters fool you!

Wow, after reading all these complaints I'm astonished. I have done multiple transactions with them and have loved everything. Even if there are problems the customer service has been amazing to me and helped me in any way possible. The outfits are a bit big but it works out because it gives for more wiggle room and more wear time. They have been nothing but amazing to me.

I ordered from Petite Bello and have not received two of the items. I contacted customer service and got now response. I would never order from this site again and would advise others not to also. The clothing that I did receive looks nothing like the clothing on the website. It is cheaply made. Although they said they are located in California, the clothing arrives from China and takes forever to get here.

baby clothing ordered and paid for but never received.
Do not order from this company! I ordered products online after seeing advertisements on fb for cute baby clothes..I normally check out companies I'm not familiar with but did not on this purchase. Big mistake! The goods come from china so they take months to arrive. When I received my package I was missing items and the items I did receive are of horrible quality! I've tried emailing customer service numerous times with no response. So I am out the money for the goods they did not send. Fraudulent company! Lesson learned!

size issue
I bough a very cute clothing set from www.petitebello.com. Delivery took way longer than I expected. They said that I will get my order within few weeks but it actually took them over a month to deliver.
Also, they sent me a wrong size product! I contacted customer service and asked for a replacement and their rep said he will contact me as soon as they decide what to do.
Several days later I received a message stating they were not able to help me. Awful service!

Clothing quality is awful. Very thin and not soft for babies. The customer service is terrible and they are rude. Their photos on social media sites are so adorable and entice you to want to buy everything which I did and spent over $150 for my baby. Then I receive the items and they are poor quality and sizes are not comparable to standard baby clothes like Burt'a Bees and Carters. They are much bigger.

When we wrote her about it she threatened us that she will post about us.
We have done nothing other then try to be nice and give good service.

When I found Petite Bello website I was so excited and immediately fell in love with it. Everything on their website looked super cute and I decided to buy some clothing for my baby.
When I received my order I was very disappointed with the quality. Items looked nothing like pictures and the main reason why I decided to return everything was nasty material.
I contacted Petite Bello customer care service and asked for a refund. They asked me to explain the reason why I decided to return and I said that I did not like the material and quality. Their rep replied very rudely and said that they can't refund me only because I did not like the items! Are you kidding me?
It's not my fault their site is so misleading! It's not my fault that in real life items look nothing like pictures on their website! Totally disgusted with this scam site!

I ordered 2 shirts they charged me for 3. I only recieved 2 and next had my money refunded. No phone to contact and will not respond to my emails. This company is a sham
I bought three onesies from Petite Bello for my daughter. They took almost a month to come in the mail. The material is very thin and rough not high quality at all. And there is something off about the shape of the onesies, they don't fit well. These are cheaply made. So disappointed.

I can't believe there are so many complaints about this company. I loved everything that we ordered from them. One of my favorites was the "Don't Moose With Me" romper. We were pleasantly surprised that anything that we ordered online turned out to be good quality and fit our son so well. We will be ordering from them again.
