Clothing quality is awful. Very thin and not soft for babies. The customer service is terrible and they are rude. Their photos on social media sites are so adorable and entice you to want to buy everything which I did and spent over $150 for my baby. Then I receive the items and they are poor quality and sizes are not comparable to standard baby clothes like Burt'a Bees and Carters. They are much bigger.

    We are very sorry the costumer feels like that. We have done nothing but try to give her good service. It's the first time she complains about clothing quality. She wrote us that the outfit she got were big and we kindly offered to send her smaller sizes free of charge. After we resent her smaller items she sent us an email notifying us that we she still didn't get part of her first order that she claimed was big and that we sent replacements for.
    When we wrote her about it she threatened us that she will post about us.
    We have done nothing other then try to be nice and give good service.
