We wish to inform you that your kittens are presently under our detention in Arizona Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport where we had TRANSIT. We have done all the checkups and he is now ready for the Flight. But we are facing a little problem since last night, the Insurance and Quarantine service centre for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport where we are on transit in Phoenix Arizona service which is the first Port of check-out requires an insurance certification proceeding with the delivery of your kitten. They said the insurance fee is 98% refundable upon the safe arrival of this kitten at your doorstep.

If the insurance certificate is not provided within 24hours, this will be placed on Quarantine for the next two (2) months, and the parties related to this will be claimed at the court of Law for pet abuse and pet abandonment. This insurance fee goes alongside to enable us to get your pet Insurance Certificates and hiring of a crate for your kitten to be delivered to you including the transfer of ownership papers to your names. All you need to understand is that the Pet transport Department has got nothing with pet insurance services. We only help to organise the shipment/ delivery of your pet delivery aircraft and Vans to your doorstep. we wish to enlighten you about the following points concerning the transportation of animals within the U.S;

1A. All animals have a life and integrity and therefore are been regarded as humans in their own domain.

2A. All animals are to be transported with a high degree of caution and safety.

3A. All animals must be transported by an animal travel agency that is registered with the U.S Aviation Commission/ U.S Financial Bureau.

4A. All animals are supposed to have a Life Insurance Certificate before they can travel without any problem abroad.

Why we ask for a Life Insurance Certificate:

2B. It gives its owner the legal power to take the pet delivery agency to court in case of problems during the delivery process.

3B. We stand behind all pet owners in case of problems with the animal delivery agency during the delivery process.

4B. The life insurance fee is to cover the caring of the animal in case of animal abandonment for 3 months before the animal is being quarantined.

Note: To this effect, we wish to inform you that this kitten in question does not have an Insurance certificate, which in this case must be paid and acquired before it can leave our premises for any delivery.

Insurance Payment Strategy:

The insurance fee to be paid per animal must be equivalent to the cost price of the animal in question and this was decided by the U.S Aviation Commission / U.S Financial Bureau. Looking at clause 5A above shows that the insurance cost to be paid as required by the U.S Aviation

The commission is $2000 for this kitten. But this system brought many complaints from pet owners and beyond and so the two mother committees sat and decided to adopt the Full refund Insurance Scheme method of insurance payments. This system requires that the owner of the animals pays the total amount of the insurance fee and the total amount must be Refunded in cash including the transfer charges, upon the safe arrival of these kittens at their respective destination.

To this effect, you are required to pay a total sum of $2000. The money will be refunded at the time of delivery by our delivery agents who will bring these kittens to you. The refund will be made via ZELLE, APPLE PAY, CASH or BANK Transfer at the time of delivery and it will have to be refunded in total as stated in clause 7A of the U.S Aviation Commission / Financial Bureau laws.

We also wish to inform you that these kittens will remain here until the refundable insurance fee is paid before these kittens can depart from our detention.

There is no compromise on this issue. We request and advise you to treat this issue with a high degree of discretion and urgency.

I know i was so dumb to make the first payment, and then they asking me for another payment, the zelle 24 hour policy stop me, then I finally to realize this is a scam, and now they try to use police to threat when I dont make the insurance payment lol.

I had the same issue today. I was getting a bulldog from Alaska. They sent me pictures, a tracking number, everything. Then when the dog was suppose to come I got an insurance quote of $700 and a new crate fee of $200 to pay or they wouldn't ship the dog. How frustrating, sad, and disappointing.

I am a stay at home mother and was tyring to find a great pet for my children that i could also use as an educational animal at thier schools considering we live in a very rural community. I found a milkish tandance with 2 beautiful scarlet macaws for sale. He claimed that he and his wife had been reassigned to arkansas with thier new jobs. He wanted $500 for both birds. In the beginning he wanted me to pick them up from his home and have a cup of coffee before taking them. I agreed and said my husband and I could do this. Then he just kinda dropped that subject and decided to have them sent through a pet courrier agency which just so happened to be Pet Movers International. I started asking for the phone number and address. After several emails back and forth, he never provided me the information I requested. However, the next day I recieved an email from milkish tandance saying the birds were brought to the courrier service and they would be contacting me regarding making the payment. Sure enough, they called that morning saying they would email me within the next 30 minutes with instruction of how to make the payment. I asked the man, who was not american, for the phone number and address and said I would need that to verify the company's existence before I would be making any payments to anyone. He would not give me any of the information I requested and only said it would be in the email when I recieved it. When I pushed the subject he said the companies website was down and that headquarters were in cameroon (big red flag). When I recieved the email, it was from a company called Easy JetPet Services. I did find a company called EasyJet Pet however, the logo was not the same. Now I am not saying that the real malkish tandance is behind this SCAM but, i am saying that someone using that name tried very hard to SCAM me. Also, Milkish Tandnace finally after hours of asking for an address where he dropped the birds off, or names of the company he works for to verify he was ctuall in the states, gave me an address that belonged to an insurance company and and they reported to me the only establishments anywhere in that particular block was doctor offices. Milkish also said the name of the director of the office was organ George. So, here are some tips that I have discovered that works against being SCAMMED... If you are purchasing any animal from anyone... RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH... Remember that most states require a permit for any animal that is not native to that particular state, ask for permit numbers and cross reference those. Also, if they claim to be a breeder of any kind, know that USDA rules state that any person owning 3 or more intact females of any kind and 1 intact male, whether used for breeding purposes or not, must apply for a USDA number. This is something that any real person or breeder should be willing to give to you. You can research that through the USDA website to make sure it is accurate information. Also, ask tons of questions i.e... How old are the animals, Where exactly do you live, Can I pick the animal up in person (ask this even if it is way too far to drive), If they use a shiiping company, ask for the name, address, phone number (and do not fall for "oh, uhm... well our website is down) remember that google maps will also take an address and tell you what is located there. Do not just take anyone's word for what they are saying. Double check everything and if the seller is an honest seller they will be more than happy to assist you with whatever information you ask for to reassure you they are real. If you specifically ask for this information and they just "dance" around the subject, that should be a red flag. Do not be afraid to ask them questions as even the scams ask you questions like have you ever owned this type of pet before, what type of environment will my animal be going to, are there other pets/children in the home. So if they get personal or even if they don't remember this... YOU are paying THEM and you have a right for any concerns to be addressed before you hand over your hard earned cash... I could ddrone on and on about this as it just happened this morning and I am furious that people are sometimes so awful.

Hallo, we have had the same problem on the german web-side"tiere.de".There were 21 annonces with very expensive Birds. They were all written in the same poor English, you could see, they were from one and the same person written!We answered to some "persons", everything was the same: The "person" was living in England or Cameroon, one should pay the money to Western union and the birds should come with a transport company, witch not exist! We went with all our mails to the police and we hope, it will be stopped!There are no birds or other animals, they only want your money!

Hi All . Just to let you know that the scam continues . I recently tried to purchase a puppt from the net and was scammed to the tune of £200 for the non existent pup and then asked to pay a further £840 for insurance which would be refunded. When did an insurance company ever take a payment and then refund it in its entirity? The e mail they are or were using is paulappicella@yahoo.com . They even sent photos of the family which presumably were stolen as well . The funds were to be sent to Ntoko Gerald in Yaonde in the Cameroon . The method of payment was to be via Western Union wh allerted me to the scam . When challenged on the subject they then asked for the funds to be sent by moneygram . A VERY PROFESSIONAL LOOKING WEB SITE but with poor english . International friends are now looking for these [censor] .

Scam about a Blue/Gold Parrot for free, people claim to be from Jacksonville FL on their honeymoon in Cameroon. While in Cameroon the wife claims she is giving the parrot away for free because she was very ill and found out she was pregnant and just wants to find Rain a good home. Thankfully I only sent $150 for shipping. That next morning they had the airport call me and email me wanting another $400 immediately in order to put the bird on a flight from Cameroon to the U.S. This money was to pay for a proper crate for the bird and insurance on the bird. If there was some way I could locate these people I would. But, trust me I won't stop looking and I am getting the authorities involved. They must be stopped.

Puppy is matriculated at the Air Plane for transportation. But we are facing a little problem, the insurance and Quarantine service center for the ENGLAND which is the first Port of check-out requires an insurance certification proceeding the shipment of the puppy.

The said insurance certificate is re-fundable upon safe arrival of the puppy.
If the insurance certificate is not provided within 24hours, the puppy will be placed on Quarantine for the next six (6) months, and the parties related to the puppy will be claimed at the court of Law for pet abuse, also the Airport veterinarians recommends that the puppy should be given the anti-pressure vaccines so that the puppy will not have any problem when in the plane so the total cost for all these is as drafted below:

I have just gone through the same thing,

I was to import two African Greys from Zimbabwe from a guy who was giving them away. The only conditions were that I pay the transportation fees, well, I depoisted that (R2000), then I recieved an email saying that the birds needed insurance which was another R4500. Now I have just recieved another email saying they need R2500 for vaccines. . . Uhm, the birds were vet checked and everything. . . so what the hell!

Here are the emails below:

#1 These birds will come with recent vet record, But our veterinarians have conducted another test to be sure of their health. So these birds are almost ready for shipment since we will have to check their paper works. It should be noted that this delivery cannot be carried out unless the delivery fee of R2000 is paid. All payment are to be made to the flight Director at our Branch Office in Cameroon as our Account here is currently under auditing. We are expecting from you this payment before these birds are being shipped. ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE DONE VIA WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER

#2 DEAR CLIENT,

We wish to inform you that We have confirmed the payment. But there is a problem. Your Parrots will not be shipped today as scheduled if the following requirement is not fulfilled as soon as possible. We want you to note that we do all checked on pets due to the
regulations against shipping of animals, we want to ensure that all the requirements are being put in place for your parrots.The below information and issues were noticed.If this Refundable Insurance is not paid your parrots will have to stay in quarantine for 3months before they will be shipped.We have already prepared all the paper works and the flight.

REFUNDABLE INSURANCE FOR TWO PARROTS:R4500

The Custom Department at the Airport discovered that your birds have no Insurance Certificates and it is against the Airport Policy to fly any Animal without the Insurance Certificate as Stipulated on Article 22 Of the Airport Memorandum.So as to insure your birds, You will be required to pay a Refundable Insurance of R4500 for the Two birds.This Money will be refunded back to you upon delivery at your Home tomorrow by Our Carrier Agent.This Insurance is to Protect the Safety of the birds while on Board in case of any unforeseen Circumstances.So your birds need to be insured before they will be put on flight as scheduled.Your Sender brought the birds here only with their adoption papers and Vet records. You will have to do the payment as soon as possible using Western Union Money transfer using the same address you used for the payment of the shipping.The payment should be done before 10:45am tomorrow so that we should not miss the Flight that has been scheduled at 10:45am in the morning.

Once you are through with the transfer, get back to us with the Money Transferred Reference Number and Sender's Name and we will forward them over to our cashier in Cameroon for confirmation. Once we get a confirmation from them, we will immediately prepare the refundable insurance documents and forward to you so that you will use them to claim the money.

#3 DEAR CLIENT,

We wish to inform you that we have already received the payment of the Insurance.The flight has been scheduled for this afternoon.Complete details of the flight will be sent to you this afternoon.There is a small problem.Our Vet Doctor will need to administer Avian Flu Vaccines to the birds to ensure that the birds arrive safely.The vaccines will cost R2500.You are required to make the payment using the same address you used for the previous payment.Note that the birds will not be shipped if the R2500 for the Avian Flu Vaccine is not paid.Just try to do the payment before the first flight this afternoon.

I unfortunately transferred R6500, and I guess I won;t see my birds or the money again.
