Personal Rental / Bad service and stealing my money

I rented a SUV for 11/24/2016 to 11/28/2016. I noticed I had the wrong day I needed to change to 11/23/2016, so I called only to be told the reservation had been cancelled. I never cancelled. So then I was told that you all did have this vehicle available.
So I read your policy which states (if I cancel a special deal vehicle the I would not be refunded)
Well I did not cancel therefore that does not apply to me. You all cancelled and this was not my fault,
Therefore if I do not receive a refund, I will be contacting my attorney. So I expect to be contacted ASAP @
