" As a retired real estate broker, I did my due dilligence prior to buying my land and building my home here. Commercial Kennels are subject to a special use permit because they are not allowed uses, and require special permission to exist. That permission also requires the affected neighbors approval also. Since we no longer are subjected to the corruption in code enforcement, the chances of acquiring a special use permit for a commercial kennel are slim to none. You have my promise that we will vigorously oppose any kennel permits in the future whether or not there is a new home on the property". She has continued to harrass my family and has made numerous complaint to code enforcement to point that we are being demanded to demolish our family weekend residence due to her complaints and her knowedge in real estate allowed her to discover that my father did not get a permit over 30 years ago. She has sent over 300 emails to county offices demanding that we do what she wants us to do which are a variety of demands on her part as a real estate person. I have copies of most of the emails. She is using her real estate knowledge and license to bully and harrass her neighbors. Rhonda McCloud

Replied that any no.of abroad is talk to no.and SMS.in bill value added is service of more than 80/-rs.added.and SMS.recd.that 1.50rs.added daily.last I paid the bill and complaint.now this month also same amount daily debit in my bill.kindly do the needful.Some body told to go to airtel gallery for complaint.as am a senior citizen I can't go to gallery.so I request to you that deduct daily amount which debit in my account.thanks.or ring my above number or alternate no.is [protected].
My parents recently returned home from the east coast and flew US Airways. Their flight was going fine until they reached the Sacramento airport. After their flight landed, they went to retrieve their bags from the baggage claimage but were dissappointed that their bags were not there. Understanding that this sometimes occurrs, they went the the US Airways baggage claim dept and spoke to the representative working there. They said her name tag read Doris. They explained their concern and knowing my parents, were extremely cordial. As they continued to explain their concern, they were interupted by the attendant and treated as though they were interupting her time, and as if it was an effort to assist them. This unprofessional demeanor definately turned them away from ever flying with US Airways again. They mentioned that their flight was uncomplicated until this moment. This was 100% unprofessionalism. They have mentioned that they will never fly with US Airways again. What happened to costumer service in this world where retaining every costumers in this economy counts.
This "Nina Hater" person just robbed her fathers home of his coin collection. She also stole a 5000.00 income tax return from a friend that she did his taxes this year. Beware people of who you let do your taxes. If they aren't licensed, you are a fool. Both of these complainants have either lost in court or lost in life. I hope that people can see the ridiculousness of these complaints as I have done nothing wrong to anyone!
This annonymous person (known to me) is merely a personal attack filled with misinformed information and opinion.
She is a jealous girlfriend of an ex of mine and this is no forum for that sort of defamation, particularly since it is not real estate related. In fact, this person doesn't even own real estate nor does she know me personally. Anyone can look into anything of public record and I challenge them to find truth in what has been said there. There is none.
Marianne M. Guerini or "Nina" as she calls herself, causes trouble everywhere she goes. Harrasing is just one of her many talents. She likes to fight with everyone. After all, even bad attention is better than no attention and she is desperate for any kind she can get. If you check records in La & Orange County you might see that she has a habit of filing complaints & restraining orders, mostly against the men she dated after they have moved out. She is likely unable to feel compassion or love. We should feel sorry for her, but it is hard to do so when people are so cold & ugly inside. I feel sorry for your loss and what she did to you. Someone should do something about her to keep her away from hurting more people. Maybe age will do it for us as she is in her mid 60's already. You should check into filing against her for the damage she caused. Copies of past court orders might be enough to show a pattern of hidden agendas & spiteful revenage. Good luck to you!

We are a country of laws and codes. When the laws are broken and codes are violated, surrounding properties are devalued and furthermore, mandatory disclosure laws require potential buyers to be apprised of neighborhood noise. When self proclaimed mentally ill people decide to supplement their (state) income with puppy milling PIT BULLS, that they cannot control nor handle, it becomes a problem for the entire neighborhood as well as devaluing property. I bought land, built a home and a place for my animals, and do not have to live next door to a single wide illegal trailer (which is outlawed and needs to be removed) inhabited by those with NO investment at all. I am sick and tired of the lies these people tell, the harassment they've caused me and my neighbors and the sounds of dogs killing eachother. They are the "trailer trash" people commonly refer to. The world does not revolve around their desire to blight an area and inhumanely hoard pit bulls while supplementing their state income. GET A JOB.
Forgive me, but there has to be more to this story than you are presenting... Your parents were just talking and telling the agent that their bags were missing and the agent became rude?!?!?!?!? I've worked in the baggage office - people are ANGRY when their bags don't show up. Many times people start yelling and screaming and then it's human to react in kind... And to never fly an airline again because one person was rude is just plain silly... I've had rude cashiers at the supermarket - but I can't stop shopping there unless I want to drive and extra 5 miles to go to another store...
