Perodua Car paint at Perodua Service Centre (Cheras Tun Razak) Malaysia

I bought a 2nd hand Alza VAH 3105 and still cover with warranty. 6 months ago, I went to Perodua Service Centre (Cheras Tun Razak) Malaysia to repair my car and at same time paint. I was served by a Chinese Guy mid 30-40 name Hang Min Hoon Hp [protected] . He always complains my car is 2nd and bumper need to buy a new one then only can paint nice and smooth. But when I checked Youtube, most people mention car cant paint is because of the workman skills and not the parts.

Desired outcome: I hope to repair my car in good condition without defect and I prefer go to other Perodua paint shop near Kajang

Perodua New car key service

I bought a new car key for my Axia 1.0G Auto car in May 2020 at Perodua Melaka. I sent my car and the new car key to do the key remote program at Kean tat Perodua service centre Jalan Reko Kajang on 9 Oct 2020

The problem is the Perodua service centre could not program my new car key.
So now I could not use the new key ( as spare).
Please advise what to do now ?

Perodua delay delivery car / myvi yellow jqb6615

Last month I have send my car to perodua ulu tiram for repair... Not much damage..
I have follow up with them so many times and they promised me that my car deliver by today and will call by today to collect my car.. Till now I have not received any response from them... I feel so disappointed about the service... They giving me the reason they insufficient staff... Please do something for me to get my soon... By monday I wanna my car... Tq

Perodua perodua 1.5 myvi

The dealership : Perodua Kulai,
Reference:
I am contacting you in order to express my concerns as my complaint has not been responded to. This happened on February 27th, 2018.
To explain in more detail I buy myvi from above dealer 1 month ago. When I bought MYVI, they tell me have to wait for 2-3weeks. But after I bought it they only tell me have to wait for 4-5 weeks. After 4-5 weeks I call them and ask why still have not release my car. Please give me dateline, and this time they don't even reply or bother me when can I get my car! Perodua services is **** lousy not even bother people!.
To resolve this issue I would like you to I like to know when can I have my car please! Change staff if they like to serve customer!.
I consider this a very serious issue which has caused me an unnecessary amount of aggravation. I would like a response within 3 days with a view to resolving this issue within 7 days. If these timescales are not met, I will have no hesitation in escalating my complaint.
Please reply to my resolver email account as I would like to keep all of my communications in my personalised complaints case file.

Perodua new perodua myvi

I have recently purchased a Perodua new Myvi. After one week of using it, I found that the back door cannot be opened due to the failure in electronic control system. The design of the car does not support manual way to open the back door. It is so frustrated that the defect is not rectified even after 3 times repair in Perodua service center (5.2.18, 15.2.18 and 19.2.18), especially it is near to Chinese New year. Before this, I am Perodua fans, but now I have lose confidence in Perodua as it has caused me so much inconvenient. I hope I can have a new car replacement and compensation of transport lost for this period.

Perodua paint issue

Found my car's paint not even at the beams area above the doors, sent for respray on 20-July and collected on 21-July. No courtesy car and therefore cost incurred to go and off work by Grab was on me. When I collect my car, found that the interior was full with white powder and the several area around the driver seat was with paint stains. Requested the service center's PIC and he said anything just come back later as my car still under warranty and it's their time to off work.

Alright, so I took my car and clean up my self, just the interior part. I didn't wash the outside of it as I do not want to affect the new paint. On the next Sunday (30-July), I found out there is still one part not corrected and the respray job was not done in a careful way, where the rubbers between door frame were in grey paint, the 2 handles were in powder-like paint stain (not shining surface anymore) and the body (behind parts between bottom of window and door handle) no more shiny and smooth but gruff, guess due to the powder-like spray. And, there are spot where it is not covered in paint (maybe they sand off the old paint then only respray? I don't know, I can just feel and see that it is not coated with paint). Am I now in a higher risk where that particular area is prone to rust?

Please tell me what should I do? Polish to cover up the mess? It is not fair for me to bear the cost to cover up other's messy job. Drive to respray again? How if the same messy situation happen? I have lost my confidence after the first incidence.

Looking forward to get the feedback. I have some picture to show, or if Perodua would like to get some surveyor to veirfy, I am totally fine with that. I just wanted to get my problem solve. Please.

Please write a complaint letter directly to Perodua HQ in Rawang. If possible, cc to their CEO. You can also ask your salesperson who sold you the car to help you to push the service centre. If the salesperson is not willing to help, complain them as well to the HQ.

Perodua Paint peel off

I want to make a complaint about my car Myvi 1.5 SE that just bought and used (12/2013) and after a month used, the right side of skirting paint start peel off. I have tried to claim warranty but the Perodua Service and Sale centre where I bought (Avanstar(Taman Impian Emas)) said its not under their warranty. I feel that its not fair for me, the peel off become serious day by day and the peel off its not my fault. Some of the part start to bubble up. Its not damage due to the accident. Its because of improper skill off painting/ the bad quality of paint itself. I really hope the Perodua can take this issue seriously and responsible to paint or rectify back the peel off part.

Perodua Horrible repair work.

My car was sent to Perodua Bengkel Anda know Wangsa Maju for repairs. The work that was done is horrible. Till now the steering wheel is loose and they have yet to repair it. Paintwork is totally bad. They fixed the lights without checking and the wiring was not done properly. I am totally unhappy with their attitude as whenever I complain to them. They will hang up on me or just walk away. There are sounds coming from the front left absorber. Imagine driving a car that has a loose steering. I want my car to be thoroughly checked again and all repair work to be done. Perodua has to do something about this and just sit quietly not doing anything.

Perodua Long wait for replacement

My car radio was not working after I send for servicing from the authorised work shop. The car was still under warranty. I have been waiting for the replacement for 6 weeks and there is still no news when I can have my radio replaced

my new car myvi get problem too..car just come no 2 days that wiper there has burned.then send to service shop they said wait 1 week, but until now already 2 weeks something then still nobody call us and let we know anything.after that we call them and ask, they they still need wait 1 more week, we ask izzit after 1 week will get the stock for spare parts, they said not sure cant confirm.then we ask like this how long we should wait..how many weeks, they answer dont know yet.WHAT THE SERVICE CENTRE?AND HOW LONG WE SHOULD WAIT!

Perodua Bunyi bising di dalam kereta ketika hujan

Kepada Encik/Puan.
Sedikit tidak puas hati berkenaan Perodua Alza yang baru saya beli.
ketika hujan, saya terkejut mendengar bunyi bising yang datang dari atap kereta kesan dari titisan hujan. Saya rasakan seperti berada di bawah atap zink. bunyi itu semakin kuat bila hujan lebat.
saya rasa seperti atap kereta agak nipis dan tiada penyerap bunyi di bahagian bumbung di bahagian dalam kereta (apabila ditolak terasa kosong di bahagian bumbung).
Tidak seperti kereta saya yang lain, hujan diluar hampir tidak didengar.
Adakah cara untuk menghilangkan atau mengurangkan bunyi hujan ini?
diharap pihak tuan/puan dapat menyelesaikan masalah saya ini dan manghantar maklum balas di alamat

Service yang dijalankan di cawangan ini amat teruk dan tidak mahu bertanggungjawab atas kerosakan yang dialami oleh pengguna.Saya tidak berpuas hati dengan Service Maneger di tempat berkenaan iaitu Mr NG JOON HOE yang berpihak kepada makanik di tempat beliau iaitu membuat service kereta dengan tidak berhati-hati dan saya terpaksa menanggung risiko dengan terpaksa menukar bateri kenderaan saya sendiri di sebabkan kelalaian pihak mereka dalam membuat service terhadap kereta saya iaitu pada 22.02.2011 dengan tidak membuat semakan air bateri ke atas kenderaan saya dan memberitahu saya jika ingin melaporkan kepada HQ berkenaan masalah saya ini adalah dipersilakan berbuat dengan demikian.Adalah betul cara beliau bercakap begini dengan seorang pengguna.Dimanakah hak kita sebagai pengguna untuk menyuarakan sesuatu masalah apabila pihak yang bertanggungjawab melepas tangan begitu sahaja.Disini saya setakan alamat service center yang saya membuat pemeriksaan kenderaan saya iaitu Pusat Service Perodua Kawasan Perusahaan Miel Sg lalang 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah.

Saya beli perodua alza advance pada Ogos 2016, pakai 13bulan Sept 2017 bateri dia mati, tiada sebarang tanda bateri ada masalah terus tak boleh start enjin, pakai sambung start, on the way belum sampai workshop, kereta tiba-tiba mati tepi jalan, hantar perodua, dia cakap bateri masalah. Tukar bateri, skrg bateri baru pakai 11bulan, Ogos 2018 bateri mati lagi. Sambung start, macam hal tahun lepas juga. Nak tau, bateri alza ni tak blh tahan lebih 1tahun ke? Saya servis dan tukar bateri memang kat perodua servis centre, tak pergi workshop luar. Kalau bateri masalah, lepas sambung start, kereta tengah drive boleh mati juga ke? Kenapa langsung takde tanda bateri dah lemah... sedih and bahaya la..

Saya pengguna kenderaan perodua selama hampir 9 tahun daripada nama orang lain kepada nama sendiri.pada 24/04/2010 saya telah mendapat kelulusan bank pembiayaan kenderaan perodua alza dan menggunakan sehingga sekarang.Amat mendukacitakan apabila kenderaan tersebut telah mengalami sedikit masalah iaitu apabila hendak menghidupkan enjin ianya tidak akan hidup kecuali 'res enjin" tidak dilepaskan. Apabila saya membawa ke Perodua servis mereka tidak menemui masalah yang saya hadapi dan kawan saya juga menggunakan Perodua Alza menghadapi masalah yang sama.Persoalannya bagaimana Perodua dapat menyelesaikan masalah saya dan kenderaan masih didalam jaminan Perodua servis.

Pada Sabtu 25/6/2011 saya telah menghantar kereta saya ke Perodua Service center di Balakong tetapi dukacitanya saya diberitahu service centere berkenaan tidak membuat sebarang pemeriksaan complaint pada hari Sabtu dan minta saya datang pada hari bekerja untuk kereta saya diperiksa. Persoalan saya pada pihak Perodua bolehkah kereta Alza ini disetkan untuk ada masalah pada hari bekerja sahaja...selain itu kenapa di dalam katalouge atau buku panduan manual tidak tertulis tentang hari sabtu tak boleh buat komplain atau masa menunggu untuk claim perodua parts ( Warranty ) perlu menunggu sekurang kurangnya 3 hari. Saya mencabar pihak pengurusan Perodua untuk memaklumkan dan mewartakan perkara-perkara ini untuk makluman pelanggan. Saya rasa sungguh tertipu dengan perkhitdmatan selepas jualan Perodua. Ingat beli kereta dari Perodua akan menyenangkan...tapi malah menyusahkan kita balik...Pihak pengurusan Perodua hormatilah masa pelanggan...bukan semua pelanggan mempunyai masa yang terluang seperti anda hargailah mereka kerana GAJI anda mereka yang bayar.

saya amat kecewa apabila sampai di tempat service center menyatakan masalah yang saya alami tidak dapat di atasi oleh Pusat Service tersebut. Kereta saya mengalami masalah bacaan pada kandungan minyak dalam tank berbeza dengan jarak km yang di paparkan. Saya telah mengisi minyak penuh tapi bacaan jarak km yang di paparkan hanya 100 lebih km. Pada hal sebelum ini ianya berjalan dengan lancar, mengikut sepertimana bacaan sebenar (masa baru beli) maksudnya bila minyak Full Tank bacaan jarak km yang di paparkan adalah 450 lebih km namun setelah setahun enam bulan kenderaan di gunakan ianya telah mula menunjukkan kelemahan kenderaan tersebut. Dimanakah harus saya rujuk perkara tersebut atau apa perlu saya lakukan. Saya harap pihak perodua dapat membantu saya untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan segera.

Perodua Unfulfill Promises

I am complaining about the treatment received from a certain Perodua Salesman, and also the false information he has given. On the 25th/4/2011, I have purchase a Perodua MYVI Liminated Edition, with Puan Atie at Taman Prima Suajana Kajang Branch and was promises extra gifts such fully paid tinted voucher, sterring lock, alarm buzzer, touch n go, etc. Apparently when I went to install the tinted glass, I was supprised that I have to pay extra RM200 against the voucher given RM300 which total comes to RM500. I was shock such a small car the total costs to install the tinted glass comes to RM500, and finding my collegues bought the same car with all tinted glass installed fo free. Feeling was cheated and went back to the sales person in charged and was reluctant to entertain me.
I am very disappointed with the promises and it is more than enough to get a steering lock, touch n go. I am well aware that sales person get commissions from selling the company's product but in this case, the sales person lied to me as long as he can sale the product and I am not just going to sit knowing that this man gave me false information.

mohd faizal bin abd aziz. Senangnya mengata orang 'bangsat'? Your language surprise me! LOL don't you now that the SA convice customer acording to the sales target and stock given by HQ. Bukan simply beli kereta dengan duit mak bapak diaorang. Takkan nak kata ada kalau dah memang takde stock? Ingat Perodua ni mak bapak korang yang je yang spend duit beli ke? Beratus ribu orang beli, so memanglah sometimes takde stock. By the way, my friend kerja kt sana, and I know them all well. Kalau nak jugak cerain color kenalah tunggu berbulan. Ada color yg hot demand, and bukan dekat Kajang je HQ hantar kereta. Kalau nak complain pun biarlah BERETIKA :) bukan tanpa ilmu mengata dan menjatuhkan orang.

mmg betul apa yang diperkatakan sis diatas saya pun terkena dengan cawangan prima saujana (dealer encik adnan ) yang sama, booking dan dijanjikan ada warna mystical purple tapi disuruh ambil medillion grey atau putih tanya warna lain semua takde, macam beli kereta ni dengan duit mak bapak diorang. Buat kerja ikut suka hati diorang je...mmg bangsat diorang ni...kerja tak beretika...janji munafik

Perodua Saleswoman gave false info and poor after sales services

- 8th January 2011 18:00 Hrs

My mother and me went to DMM Sales Sdn. Bhd. (Melaka) to survey MyVi 1.3 Auto Premium price. We were entertained by saleswoman named MK Nokmalita Bt Amar.She told us that the car is in stock and the car can be issued to us between 3 days to 2 weeks if nothing problem with the loan application.My Mother paid RM 500.00 for booking and RM 230.00 for JPJ registraion number booking (No receipt was given)

- 10th January 2011

My mother went to AmBank with MK Nokmalita. She was interviewed by the bank officer and told that she needs a guarantor
because of her age.She also paid downpayment RM28453.55 to MK Nomalita, no receipt was given. At that time the bank received all the details and documents from my mother and my sister as the guarantor.The loan agreement signed.
Promised that the car be issued on Saturday 15th January 2011.

- 11th January 2011

My mother called MK Nokmalita to ask whether the registraion number is booked, she said that she was not in the office and will aske her colleague to do it for her.

- 12th January 2011

My mother called MK Nokmalita and ask when she can give all the receipt. She said that all receipt will be given when invoice issued.
The bank called and said they wanted a new copy of my sister identity card.At the same time the bank officer interview my mother over the phone. The copy was picked up by MK Nokmalita at my mother home.

- 13th January 2011

My mother called twice but not pick-up. Then my mother received a sms from MK Nomalita stiting that my mother have to wait
because there is no stock.The car is at Rawang and have to wait for 10 car ordered, then the car will be sent to Melaka.
The bank called my sister and interviewed her over the phone.

- 14th January 2011

My mother called DMM Sales Sdn. Bhd. (Melaka) because MK Nokmalita did not answer. she talk to the clek Pn. Tina and asked
whether she received any payment from MK Nokmalita. the clerk answered, she only received payment for Booking and Registration
amount RM 730.00. Then my mother told that she has paid RM 28453.55 to MK Nokmalita on Monday 10th January 2011. Pn. Tina
said she never received that amount of money.My mother asked to talk to the manager Mr. Najan but he was not around at that
moment, Pn. Tina said that she will ask Mr. Najan to call back my mother.

At 10:00 Hrs Mr. Najan called my mother and she explained to him what had happened. Mr. Najan informed my mother that he
will try his best to settle this problem.

At 15:00 Hrs Mr. Najan called my mother and informed that they manage to get a car as per my mother request and the car
can be issued on Friday 21st January 2011.

- 16th January 2011

MK Nokmalita came to my mother house and gave the receipts and in the receipt stated that the down payment was paid to the clerk on 15th January 2011. Why was it takes 4 days to pays the money to the clerk?

- 19th January 2011
The bank called my mother and said they could not release the car because, my sister did not sign the agreement.

My Complaint are :-

1) Why does the process was not properly informed to us during the booking.
2) Why does we the buyer was lied to believe that there is car available and after all payment have been paid, then the truth came out saying that there is no stock and have to wait.
3) Why was it takes 4 days for the money to be paid to the clerk?
4) Why is it the management of this hire purchase is so haywire that we as the buyer had to bear all the cost and had solve the problem ourselves without the assistance of the Dealer? Maybe what is important is to sell the car not the whole after sales service thing!
5) Why now after 9 days only my mother was told that they need my sister signature? Why this was not informed earlier so we can make arrangement, and why the dealer was not there helping us because this bank was your panel and you have been dealing with them for so long so at least you can give us some advice.

Perodua Cheating booking fee

I'm writing this to complain Ms Carmen Hee, sales person representative in I.G Enterprise Sdn Bhd, No.60, Jln Genting Kelang Setapak, KL. She mislead us, customers that the booking can be refund no matter what reason we give when we cancel the order. Me, and my sister with her boyfriend, three of us asking her "if we cancel the order anytime without any reason, can we get back the refund in full?" and she told me, "YES!"...we will fully refund you the money and given back by cheque within one week.

However, when i cancel the order within a week i order, she says is ok, and will proceed it for me. But, after waiting for several days, she called back me and say that she needs some other documents such as the cancellation letter and the original copy of the receipt back. Hence, i prepare everything and went over to the showroom and give back to one of his collegue since she's not there. However to my suprise, her collegue/supervisor, so called Mr Ivan, called back me and say they cannot refund the money back to me. What? I totally felt like i've been cheated by this company! He given me such nonsense excuse saying that no refund are allowed, and he did not care what her sales person told me...what an irresponsible attitude is this? They seem like does not take any responsible for what their stuff did or told the customer! Which means, even their sales person told the customer that there is free gift for us or discount, their boss or supervisor will not even care? They are not organize at all, not even consistent in what they said! What kind of company is this? Besides, the order will take more than 3 months! I'm angry because the irresponsible sales person who promise everything but can't kept their promise! Never ever visit this showroom again!

I had bad experienced with DMM Sales @ Midvalley... The loan he promised is 3.25% and the bank issued 3.37%. After I lodged complaints to DMM head quarters then they take actions. However, on 05/03/2011 i received the car, the centre lock damage and the sales person asked me to go to servicen centre to rectify!... I think this company reputation is not good.. Being a sales & services sector they should do what they promised!

Perodua Issue on car accident claim

Dukacita kami ingin memaklumkan bahawa kami amat tidak berpuashati dengan khidmat yg diberikan kepada kami berhubung dengan proses permohonan ganti rugi kemalangan kereta kami.

Pegawai terlibat:

1. En. Azmil
2. En. Romeno

Berikut adalah kronologi insiden:

30/01/2010 lebih kurang Jam 8.50pm : kami terlibat dalam satu kemalangan
30/01/2010 lebih kurang jam 10.00pm : kereta kami dihantar ke Perodua Service Centre (Johor Bahru 3)
01/02/2010 : Pegawai yg bertanggung jawab menyatakan bahawa segala ganti rugi perlu dituntut dari pihak insuran kami(MAA). Kami tidak bersetuju atas alasan kesalahan bukan disebab oleh kami dan segala kerugian perlu dituntut dari pihak yang melanggar kami(3rd. party). Walaubagaimana pun pegawai tersebut masih berkeras dengan keputusannya. Setelah menghubungi pihak insuran kami(MAA) kami diberitahu kami memang berhak untuk membuat tuntutan daripada pihak yang melanggar kami(3rd. party). Setelah beberapa kali menghubungi pegawai terbabit, beliau masih dengan keputusan untuk memohon ganti rugi dari pihak insuran kami serta turut menyatakan bahawa kami harus membayar sejumlah amaun sebagai penalti sekiranya jumlah tuntutan yang diluluskan lebih rendah dari jumlah kos pembaikpulihan kereta tersebut.

Lebih kurang 2 minggu selepas kemalangan: Kami terpaksa bersetuju dengan keputusan beliau tetapi meletakkan syarat agar segala maklumat permohonan ganti rugi yang akan dibuat harus dimaklumkan kepada kami dan kami harus berada di Perodua Service Centre (Johor Bahru 3) semasa "adjuster" membuat anggaran kerugian/kerosakan. Setelah mendengar syarat-syarat ini barulah beliau meminta untuk berbincang dengan pegawai atasan beliau terlebih dahulu dan akhirnya bersetuju untuk membatalkan pemohonan tuntutan ganti rugi daripada pihak insuran kami(MAA) dan membuat tuntutan dari insuran pihak yang melanggar(3rd. Party).

02/03/2010: Apa yang mendukacitakan ialah setelah sebulan, kereta kami masih belum dibaik pulih lagi. lebih teruk apabila kami diberitahu oleh pihak insuran kami(MAA) yang mereka baru sahaja menerima permohonan tuntutan ganti rugi pada 01/03/2010. Ini tidak sepatunya berlaku kerana sebelum ini kami diberitahu oleh pegawai terbabit bahawa segala permohonana tuntutan telah dibuat kepada pihak yang melanggar(3rd. party). Sekali lagi kami menghubungi pegawai terbabit dan beliau menyatakan "tuntutan telah dibuat dari pihak yang melanggar(3rd party) melalui pihak insuran kami(MAA), tuntutan melalui insuran kami(MAA) adalah sebagai satu prosedur". Beliau juga menyatakan bahawa pihak adjuster(wakil MAA) telah melakukan taksiran kerugiankerosakan walhal tidak sampai 30 minit sebelum itu pihak insuran kami(MAA) meminta kami untuk menghubungi pegawai terbabit terlebih dahulu sebelum mereka(MAA) mengeluarkan arahan kepada "adjuster" untuk melakukan taksiran. Kami juga cuba untuk untuk mendapatkan penjelasan dari pihak insuran kami(MAA) berkaitan prosedur tuntutan ganti rugi, pihak insuran menyatakan bahawa tiada sebarang prosedur seperti yang dinyatakan oleh pegawai terbabit. Tuntutan harus dibuat terus ke pihak insuran yang melanggar dan bukan melalui insuran kami.

Kami juga diberitahu kemungkinan kami tidak dapat membuat tuntutan penuh untuk "kerugian tidak dapat menggunakan" kenderaaan kami kerana segala tuntutan untuk itu hanya boleh dituntut mengikut tarikh permohonan tuntutan ganti rugi. ini bermakna segala kos sewa kereta bermula dari 1/02/2010 hingga 28/02/2010 kemungkinan tidak bole dituntut. Untuk pegetahuan pihak Perodua, sepanjang tempoh sebulan ini kami juga gagal untuk berbincang /menghubungi pihak atasan pegawai terbabit dengan alasan tiada dipejabat atau sedang menghadiri "meeting".

Kami ingin meminta kerjasama dari pihak Perodua untuk membantu kami yang seperti dipermain-mainkan. Kami merasakan bahawa ada pihak yang cuba untuk mengambil kesempatan diatas kesusahan yang kami hadapi(kemalangan kereta). Sebagai sebuah syarikat yang besar dan sering dibanggakan di negara ini, saya amat dukacita dan terkejut kejadian seperti ini bole berlaku.

Dukacita saya ingin memaklumkan berkenaan perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh staff perodua yang bertugas di Dasuki Motors Sdn. Bhd, Lot 333, Batu 7 3/4, Jalan Hulu Kelang, 68000 Ampang, Selangor.
Kereta Myvi saya telah mengalami kemalangan dan dalam proses claim. Pihak Perodua tersebut telah memberitahu saya akan menghubungi saya sekiranya proses tersebut telah selesai. Oleh kerana terlalu lama, pada 21 September 2011 saya telah menelefon sendiri pihak insurans dan pihak insurans kata telah diluluskan claim kereta saya. Tetapi saya menunggu masih tidak ada maklumat terkini dari pihak perodua
Pada 22 September 2011 lebih kurang jam 2.00 petang saya telah menelefon status claim kereta saya. Tetapi salah seorang staff wanita yang tidak dikenali siapa telah menjawab panggilan saya dan berjanji akan menelefon saya pada hari tersebut juga. Saya menunggu panggilan tersebut tetapi tidak ada maklum balas sehingga saya membuat panggilan sekali lagi pada 26 September 2011 jam 12.48 t/hari. Seorang staff lelaki telah menyambut panggilan saya, apa yang menyedihkan hampir 7 minit saya menunggu tanpa ada apa-apa suara di talian. Adakah patut seorang pelanggan di layan seperti itu.
Sekiranya ada sebarang masalah, tidak sepatutnya membiarkan pelanggan menunggu di talian begitu lama. Di sini jelas menunjukkan perkhidmatan perodua amat lemah. Sepatutnya staff tersebut memaklumkan segera dan akan menghubungi pelanggan tersebut semula bukan membiarkan tergantung di talian atau membiarkan pelanggan menunggu tanpa apa-apa berita.
Saya harap perkara ini perlu ditekankan supaya perkhidmatan perodua lebih baik kerana kelihatan seperti tidak profesional.

Perodua The uncertain delivery of new Myvi and was not entitle for the RM 5000 scrapping voucher

I am sorry that I have to make a complaint because I am in a very desperate situation. I by the name of Leong Wai Cheng I/C no. [protected] had made a booking of a Myvi at Kiam Fatt Motors in Jalan Kampar, Ipoh (Tel. [protected])on 24/10/09. At the same time, I also applied for the scrapping voucher of RM5000.00 for my old car whereby I had paid RM100 plus for the Puspakom and JPJ inorder to apply for the voucher. According to the car dealer, the scrapping voucher will only valid until 31/12/09 and by the time I received the voucher my new car will be registered before the expired date. I was informed by the car dealer that my scrapping voucher had arrived on 28/12/09 and the issue date of the voucher was on 22/12/09 but to my disappointment the new car is unavailable due to Perodua could not supply any new cars to them. According to the car dealer many customers with scrapping vouchers also facing the same problem but they can't do anything to help because Perodua keep on telling them they do not have any cars to supply them. According to my friend's husband who is working near the Perodua factory, he can see a lot of cars lying around the factory and I don't understand why Perodua is keeping all those cars for? I have called up Perodua toll free no. to find out what happen and the staffs told me that they will fulfil our requirements but when I asked whether the registration will be extended or not, they said they "Don't know". If Proton can extend the registration date for those customers having scrapping voucher before 31/12/09 until the new car arrived

Good afternoon..
My name is Kala Murthy ([protected]) and base on ulu tiram, Johor. I would like to make complaint against perodua. I bought myvi 1.5 AT SE on 19 Jan 2013. From a day I had car until now i service my car in perodua service centre but currently my car had a lots of problems. First, my right side car door( driver side), i had repair 3 times but still same. Second. my car brake got problem and i had check on it. On 25 August 2014, they repair and change master pump n booster pump. Now my brake sound noisy and gt some foam noisy from engine. Once i talk with perodua service staff, he said must change water pump and order spring for brake. I was wondering how it be possible whereas i just did my service on 9 Oct 2014 and change new brake pad. My question is how come I am having so many problems whereby i just bought the car not even 2 yrs. Is that perodua producing such as low quality of car? I still can be bearable because still having warranty...how bout if no? I am not satisfied with this service. I hope perodua will take action and get solutio soon...

I bought over my new my vi SE. Plate No.PKH272 in November 2011 from Nibong tebal sales office and continue my service till now at NT perodua service centre.My contact no:[protected].As of now I have 1 complaint regarding engine noise to Perodua and the problem been solve after 2 months later.Now I would like to share few problems that I really think Perodua could help me on this.
1. I can feel uncomfortable when turn on my accond because its too piercing and the RPM get too high when the accond get cut off. I suspected the problem from Accond compressors
2.My front break noise is soo irritate and I had complain this and the did a minor service but the problem still remain.
3.My third service I done in NT Perodua service center.According to 3rd, they (service man) should change the engine plug but I encounter they never change the plug and the service report is my evidence.Why?
In this case, how we want to trust Perodua service center to ensure our car is service in proper way?How does the management make sure the customer get a full satisfaction with perodua.
As my advise the quality of perodua process need to be tighten. Sorry to share this.
I hope we need a technical guy from HQ to share the problems with customer by visit each service centre and the management should get the right report on this.

I hope the management will get the solution ASAP and solve my car problem as well.

Saya telah berjumpa dengan pegawai dari perodua mengenai bila boleh memasang tali pinggang tersebut tetapi
pegawai tersebut menyatakan bahawa pendaftaran saya tidak ada dalam simpanan pihak mereka hal ini
Saya ke balai polis untuk membuat laporan, sekian report saya.

I pek Mei Ngor wish to complain the service in your perouda sales & service in lot no 9257c, jln balakong 43300 Balokong selangor.On 20.06.2011 I took my new myvi car for service the malay girl as a customer service is damn rude...I told her my car start s shaking when i drive 90km on highway.you don't expect her answer you by saying "you should drive your car before you sign and collect your car" "And i said how would you drive on the road in 90km in town"she said you should drive on the highway lah!before you sign now what you expect..is this the way perouda treats customer?can't they act politely.This is the first time i buying perouda car and the experience
