PMP is a scam! Stay away! We were in need of website help when PMP cold call contacted us and unfortunately I did not search them out. I spent $1200 and still have absolutely nothing in return. Beware, they are dishonest and will provide you with zero results.

Stay Away From them. They took approximately $16, 000 from us. We kept getting told they would tweek this and tweek that and next month we would see our return. Nothing. I would have to call to get updates. I was told we would have weekly meetings. I would be waiting for a call, and hear nothing. I would call and text the person who was my rep and heard nothing. After emailing asking for someone to return my call. They would eventually respond via email with an apology. Yet still no call. They would hide behind text messages, and emails, versus phone conversations. They acted so oblivious and caught off guard that I had not seen results. They knew what they were doing. I had two different reps, whom later found out they were fired, that is why nobody was returning my calls. Then I was given to the manager, ALan Gomez who at first apologized that they dropped the ball. But by this time, we were so invested. We were hoping we could get this turned around and get our money back on a job. I asked for a discount for the following month, because he was promising me that if I would give them one more month, we would see a difference. They gave me $300.00 off, which equated to another $1700.00 to pay after the discount. He talked a big game about being in charge, and how he makes things happen. After a month, I had to reach out to him. He then was no longer nice and helpful. He had an attitude when I spoke to him. He was rude, and didnt even apologize. I had to request to cancel. He then told me they would be taking my website with them. I informed him, I was told that was part of the package. He told me, that I would have to pay a monthly fee to keep the website. Basically it comes down to this, they are a bunch of fluff. I not do not believe companies like these. I feel like they are scams. They talk about all there reviews. However, I found you cannot leave a negative review anywhere? hmmmm... so they control their reviews to meet the eye to get them sales. Well my review is... stay away! Do not give them your money. I warn you.

A uphappy Business Owner

My company was contacted by Performance media marketing in October 2016 with an offer to place my web search adwords ad at either 1.5 - 2 listed position on Google.
I was told how the billing and services would be handled. The billing offered was $1000.00 for setup and $700/ mo to be listed in Rancho Santa Margarita to which I said I wanted the billing to be done differently i.e. 500 for two months with $700.00 each month but since we we're moving into a slower time I didn't want to start the campaign until December 1st .
I was told I would not get billed until December as the services were to begin on December 1st.
My services did begin on December 1st as planed however my ads were not tracking in the positions I was guaranteed and performance was supposed to attach a tracking phone number to the ad starting Dec. 1st so we could track performance. The tracking number was not attached until January 2017 after I asked why it wasn't attached.
To Date, we have received 4 calls off ads all from January forward. Although I'm $1900.0 deep into the services and I've Generated "0" revenue from this source.
I did ask to have the campaign started in December with Wil Valencia's promise that the ad would run and place well.
So far I'm getting nothing for $1900.00 and I'm feeling like it's either a scam or a poorly performing company. I was told I had to run the ad for two months minimum to see results, however an ad that places well should be effective the moment it runs. The problem is... it was not placing well.
I'm hoping this will change but for now...IT'S NOT PAYING OFF!

Btw, my company is a 5 Star rated company on most trackable sources so it's not that I don't have a marketable product!
