I ordered the trial size product and was sent another bottle of the ultimate green tea, before my trial size was up! I cancelled my order right after I got my trial size. I do not want this product and I want my money back!

I wanted to just pay the shipping and handling for my free trial and as i was paying for my s&h it pops up that my card will be charged 79.99 a month for these pills. DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD! Just cancel my subscription and thats it. Call me to verify that you have cancelled my subscription.

I became ill with these pills and stopped using them and then threw them out. You continue to send even though I send them back. Do not send anymore or I will continue to return them at your expense.

I ordered a free sample of their product. They billed me for shipping, that OK. Last week a plain white bag with more of their pills arrived. There was no invoice in the package, but there was an address on the package. I did not order this new order. My back card was charged $79.76. I will call the bank tomorrow to see what actions can be taken from their end. I am also notifying them to not pay any future charges by this company.

As with everyone else, I ordered a trial supply of Pure Acai Berry and was sent an unauthorized bottle of this product and was charged $75.00. The web site on the bottle is bogus and they have do not have a phone listed. Am continuing to try to resolve.

My checking account was charged $66.90 without my knowledge for a product that I didn't order. I received a phone call from someone from this office on or about 4/23--4/28--2008 about this product, and I told that person then that I did not place the order, nor did I want to order the product then. I received this product on or about 5/18, and I have been trying to get in touch with someone to cancel this order, and get refund. Haven't been able to reach anyone at this phone number [FS PERFORMANCE PRO [protected]].

Help in this matter would very much be appreciated, Timmy L. Miller [protected].

I looked into a free 1 month supply for just the shipping and handling of the acai berry. My doctor told me not to take these. I never gave any authorization to go on with this or to automatically take the cost from my account. They keep on sending me these on auto delivery and charging my account. I would like it discontinue, I 'm not asking for a refund. My name is Joan Ward, 333 E. Parkwood St.., Sidney, Ohio 45365 Please have them to discontinue this. Thank You!

I ordered a FREE 30 day trial... tried to cancel immediately following Performane Health's directions to cancel on the above website... no such website. A few days later I received 3 pills... didn't use, as I'm a breast cancer patient only out of treatment (chemo and radiation for 8 months). The enclosure stated not to take if one had a serious medical condition! One week later I received another full bottle! Have tried to cancel to no avail. I'll be contacting the Attorney General... this fraudulent scam needs to be stopped!

Company offered free trial with no obligation other than to pay shipping & handling. I requested free trial and then received another unordered shipment of the same product which was billed to my credit card. After receiving the free trial, I definitely would not have re-ordered the product at any cost. It contains an ingredient to which I have a highly adverse respiratory reaction.

Please help
Am having a terrible time getting rid of these people. I never did order a thing from them and they keep sending them to me.
Have sent the product back never gave them authorization to charge my M.C. and they are doing it every month for a terrible amount,
Have since learned it is very illegal to mail their product across lines and also dangerous to healthy
people!
I WANT ACTION now and want every cent of my money credited back, they keep e-mailing me and
stating that I canceled by one day too late. I DON'T THINK as never ordered the crap in the first place
Am contacting Consumers Affairs, mean while hope you can help .
Look forward to your answer and your asssistance in this matter.

I ordered samples of two products. They didn't say there would be others sent or that if you liked them that you could order them. I thought i was only paying for the samples I ordered then they go and send months supply of both samples and charged my credit card which I didn't athorize them to do. You talk about scamming. this should be against the law when you are charged for something you didn't order. Are they getting these complaints. I sure hope so be because I am calling my credit card and letting them in on the scam and to refuse payment to them. Connie

I receive an email stating that it was an automated address... I looked in my bank account and found the phone number and tried to call. phone recording said welcome to support call us back between 8:30a and 3:30P or if you want to unsubscribe go to the site and unsubscribe there.

Tried the address and it brought up page on ripoffs. I've called my bank and they say I have to get in touch with the company. We're on permanent disability and can't afford to have money (which I have no idea the amount is) taken from our account.

Again all that I received was a plastic bag for mail with no invoice or directions.

I've never ordered anything from you mainly because I've never heard of you. So I don't know where you got my information from but you need to STOP sending me your pills. I DON'T WANT THEM AND SURE AS HELL DIDN'T ORDER THEM. Why would I order anything from somebody I've never heard of.
Besides all of this my credit card was stolen, so I didn't authorize any charges on my credit card. I called my credit card companyand cancealed that card. So it no longer works. Just quite sending me your DAMN pills I don't want them and I ain't paying for something I have no idea of who ordered it and something I don't want.

Thanks just STOP sending me your product little bit.

I paid for shipping of a sample, discovered the product did not perform as promised, so declined to order any more from Performance Health USA. Without authorization, they have sent me two orders and billed my debit-card account $79.95 each time, for a total of $159.90.

I am unable to reach PH USA to cancel these unauthorized orders and charges. I'm turning this over to my bank to have all future charges declined.

The email promotion said a (1) month trial supply of the Green Tea Capsules would be sent for the cost of Shipping/Handling. When the product arrived, it was a (10) capsule bottle. The directions said to take (2) capsules/day, not a month supply. I have canceled the automatic shipment after the 10 day trial period, which would have been almost $100/month for the green tea capsules. I spent an inordinate amount of time to find the web site again and you had to look very hard to find out the cancellation link.

I have written this company an email and offered them an opportunity to make their promotion good. If not, I will do my best to expose their business practices.

I ordered the free trial sample and before I could received the trial they sent me a ful sized bottle that I did not want. The website address is bogus, you cannot find this company to cancel. I am forced to cancel my bank card and order a new one. PLEASE do not order anything from this company or you will regret it. I am sending this information on to my attorney generals office in my state in the hopes that this will help someone else before they get scammed.

I signed up to receive a trial size of the Green Tea Vitamin, and was to pay $3.95 for S/H only. I received my trial, and immediately canceled on March 13th, per their phone message to cancel on-line, on the date I canceled, I was also charged on my credit card $79.95, the price of a full size bottle, which I never received. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company. There is no one to speak to to take care of this, only on-line, and no way for anyone to contact you. This company is a BIG RIP OFF, I pray they aren't using our credit card info for other fraudulent activities.

I too fell for the scam on Green Tea. I actually did not complete the order but I guess enough information was submitted that they sent me the product. When an operator called to welcome me, I told her I did not want the product. I was given and email address to go to but it was no good. I have now been billed for two bottles, one of which I have not received yet. When I called my credit card company, they were able to give me a number to call. I called this number and was told that the product was non-returnable. I was able to cancel at this time but not after being charged twice for $79.95! They also gave me the address of the place I could write to and complain. That address is: 3131 East Camelback Road, Suite 200, Phoeniox, AZ 85016. I plan to do this and hope everyone else will too!

I noticed an advertisment on Acai Berries with Oprah Winfrey's picture, it was broadcasted on her show. I then went ahead and ordered a free trial bottle of Acai Berries. I was charged $5.95 for shipping. I recieved them in two weeks. I then noticed numerous charges of $79.95 on my checking account, there were three transactions. THIS IS TOTALLY ILEGAL! I contacted my bank and cancelled my debit card. They will contact there fraud protection department. I doubt they can do anyhting since I call the phone# [protected] number on my bank statement and no one answers. They have a recording and the man says there is a 45minute wait time and then says for faster service please go to there website www.gohelpnow.com. and hangs up. I WANT MY MONEY!

On 8-25-08, I was checking on my Checking Account balance, deposits and charges and I noted a Debit Charge on 8-25-08 in the amount of $74.95, which was unauthorized by me. The company that charged my account goes by the name of "TP Performance Life"?... I immediately called my bank, Wells Fargo and filed a Claim for Unauthorized Charges and Fraudulent Activity on my account. Wells Fargo is investigating the case and I have stopped any activity against this company.

I received a package in the mail from "Performance Life USA, LLC" on 8-28-08 which contained a bottle of AcaiBerry, 60 capsules. The package was sent from Orem, Utah...I never ordered these capsules or authorized this company to charge my credit card account. I recall in early July 2008, calling a 1-800 number to order a Free Sample of 10- Acai Berry capsules and paying the shipping and handling charges in the amount of $6.75. The o nly information that was given to the phone representative was my name, address and daytime phone number... How did this company obtain credit card information?

I never authorized any further charges on my credit card nor did I order any more products from this vendor. This company is a SCAM COMPANY and they need to be STOPPED!

Legal Action will be taken against this company by my bank, Wells Fargo as well as me pursuing legal channels to seek reimbursement for legal fees to be incurred, remittance of the unauthorized charges and punitive damages against this company.

After watching several ads on television and receing few dozen emails I decided to try the free seven days trail of Acai berry only for the price of shipping and handling. There was no communication of automatic shippment. When I received my first automatic shipment, there was a note to return if I did not want to keep it and was told I was allowed one return. I returned the product with a request to credit my Master card or ship me any more of the product.

Yesterday I received another shipment and I am sure they have charged my card and I have yet not seen the credit from the previous return. I am going to inform my charge card company to stop any future payment.

Performance health usa is a fraud. consumer can not communicate with them. Some body do something about it.

Paid a $3.27 shipping fee for a sample of ultimate green tea, then unsubscribe to the website that was shown on my email, well tried to go back to that website and it doesn't let you, then i received a 79.95 dollar fee for green tea, and received a bottle of 60 capsules. First when they say they are gonna send you a fee 30 day trial is a lie, they send 10 pills, so then i try to call them from the number my bank gave me and the mailbox is full and you can not even talk with anyone, so don't do this it is a scam.

I ordered a sample of 1o Acai (only received 8) as a trial. I did not, knowingly, order any more. They put a charge of $79.76 on my charge card and sent me another bottle of the pills. I do not want them. I have tried to call several times and nobody answers or they say the waiting time is 45 minutes.

What is this company doing? Is this a scam. I cannot afford these charges. Please let me know what is happening and why.

Furiously yours,
Marie Conrad.

I ordered a a product called Hoodia Fen on a 10 day trial for 3.00. the agreement was that during the 10 day trial, I could cancel the order. Two days after I received the product i called the company to cancel the order but was never able to get through. a recording kept saying that all employees were busy and to call later. I e-mailed the company telling it I wished to cancel order. Now when I try to e-mail the company, I am told that the time on the server has run out and I am not able tp e-mail but was always told that the server time had run out. In other words, I have not been able to communicate with anyone about canceling product. All I want is for this company to stop sending me shipments of the product as I paid for the trial offer.

I did not know the price of these pills and there never was a billing. Then a bottle of AcaiBerry Pills came in the mail and my credit card was charged $74.76. This is very disturbing! I paid shipping for a free sample and did not order more. I have a bottle of the pills which I do not wish to take and plan to return them to sender but I have already been charged for them. Please help stop this practice.
Sincerely,

I originally ordered a sample product and was told I would be charged for shipping only on my credit card. Since then I have received 2 shipments of the full size product and my credit card was billed without my authorization for varying charges between $78-$79 dollars. Clearly this company is ripping off customers . Each shipment I received was from a different company with no invoice in the package. The packaging was imprinted as Performance Health USA and the billing on my credit card was from Performance Life and Vital Health which interestingly have the same phone number [protected]. When I called that number they answered as customer service with no company name and gave me a website to go to for customer service gohelpnow.com and another number to call [protected]. I have contacted my credit card company and they will be disputing the charges for me.

I have not been able to contact anyone by e-mail to stop automatic delivery on the ultimate green tea capsules. I have tried sending an email. But it doesn't get to them, they don't give a phone number. As a matter of fact when I received my trial bottle of green tea capsules it didn't even have a invoice with it.That's when I knew it was a scam. Now the only thing I can do is have my credit card people fight this. I really wish there was a way to stop these scam artists. I got my trial offer off a advertisement for Ophra Winfrey. I'm sure she would be appalled at these people using her good name.

I ordered a free sample of Colon 1000 and paid for the shipping ($4.87). Then my Visa was charged $74.76 and I had not even received the free sample yet! They were never authorized to send the next shipment before I received the free sample. I tried to call them and had a 45 minute wait... never got thru. I tried their recommended website ""www.GoHealthNow.com" and could not reach anyone with comments, etc.

I need to cancel all future shipments and receive a refund of the $74.76!

Ordered the free trail of green tea, but when the ordered came, it was in a pill form. Called them right away to cancel any further shipping because I thought it was in a tea bag form, they disclose that in their advertisement online. But still charged my credit card for $79.95. The first time I called, they told me they will credit back that amount but they never did, when I got the pills I returned it to the sender right away.

After a "free" trial offer i cancelled any further shipments and this company has continued to charge my credit card for the past 2 months (79.95 each month).
I have emailed the company, called the [protected] number and to no avail.
I can not even find their web site on this product now. Another product is coming up under performacehealthusa.com.

I ordered a supposedly "free sample - just pay shipping" from this company and a week later, I have a full shipment of the product and a $74.95 charge on my card UNAUTHORIZED!

I am now fighting the credit card company to get my money back. I NEVER agreed to a continuing order service, their product is disgusting.

I am left with a bottle of useless capsules (unopened) and the potential cost of shipping back to the company what I did not order and do not want!
