This information is for anyone who has been scammed by the distributors of Ultimate Green Tea! The following is the contact info for this company. They are LEGALLY responsible to compensate you for all illegal Credit Card Fraud, that you did NOT authorize! Have your attorney send them a CEASE and DESIST letter and quote Arizona Revised Statutes, ARS *13-2105 and ARS *44-1522.

The same thing happened to me. My card was charged $79.76 (unauthorized), plus the original shipping ($4.50) I authorized for sample bottle. I disputed the unauthorized charge with my bank and cancelled my card and had my bank reissue me another card.

I ordered a "FREE SAMPLE" of PureAcaiBerry for $4.95 and received it. Then I received a bottle of 60 tablets that I did not order and a charge of $74.95 of my charge account that I did not authorize. I mailed the tablets back to the address on the envelope. Finally after some difficulty I spoke to someone on the phone and told them the problem and they supposedly cancelled the order and they were going to credit my charge account, which they still haven't done, and to top it off they have sent me another bottle of the same tablets! What I am I suppose to do now?
I also tried their toll free number and was told there was a 45 minute wait and to try them on line at www:gohealthnow.com.
No such luck.
I agree with Ms Arlene Cusimano, who also had a complaint against Performance Health. I want a full credit on my charge card and no further charges to be made on my account. This company does indeed need to be turned into the BBB immediately

The same thing happened to me.I Ordered a "SAMPLE" of some type of STUFF for $4.95 from this same company ; charged it to my credit card.Before i received the "Sample" I received a shipment (of the same "stuff" ) and they were both charged to my credit card ! I DID authorize the "Sample" to be charged to my credit card BUT NOT THE OTHER ORDER!
When I TRIED to call their toll free number [protected]) today I was told there would be a 45 minute wait. I EXPECT A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD for $74.95 immediately AND NO OTHER CHARGES to be made, by this company) for ANY FUTURE ORDERS !
THIS company needs to be turned in to the BBB RIGHT AWAY !

I was also charged $74.76 TWICE for a product I did not order. I am now disputing both charges with my bank. Called and no answer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a free bottle of Pure Acai Berry to try. They sent me another that I didn't order and charged me for it.
I got the phone # from my Visa card customer service and called them to dispute the charge. They said they would email me the directions on how to send it back and receive a refund. No email came. I called them the next day to ask about the email that I was supposed to receive. No one was available to take my call.

Performane health offered a free trial of purecolon1000. I didn't order any just checked out the free trial and they have started sending me bottles.I called the number and left a message to not send me any bottles but they did.

This is horrible! I ordered one free sample and paid $3.95 for shipping and now have been chared 79.99! In a time in my life where I can not afford this. What should I do does anyone have any information on them? I can not find a number nor do they have one that is listed. No invoice or anything! I have cancled a long time ago and they are still charging me!

I ordered their sample bottle for $3.95 s&h and they sent it. Within the 10 day trial, I tried several times to cancel the subscription but the 'Unsuscribe 'button on their website never worked. I had to wait for my AMX credit card statement to arrive so I could get their phone number. We are now past the 10 day trial period. When I called they did cancel the subscription but would not issue a credit for the 2 other bottles that had already shipped at a price of $79.95 each. I had already returned the two other bottles back to sender. On a subsequent call to Performance, they confirmed that they rec'd the returned bottles but still would not issue a credit. The customer service dept. is outsourced and they cannot issue credits. They act like a brick wall between the customer and the company. We simply cannot contact the company. They are very knowledable on how to rip-off the public. American Express is now researching my complaint, but in their initial written reply, they were not able to remove the charges from my card. I had to call again to reopen the case and provide more details and I am now waiting for another reply. If AMX cannot figure out that this company runs a scam, I will cancel my card immediately.

I too fell for this scam.  I just got off the phone with my bank.  You can file a dispute with your bank and hopefully they can take care of it.I think Oprah should know her name is being used in this scam, that's why I trusted it.Good luck everyone!

I am another victim of this green tea scam. I only wanted to try the free sample and my account has been charged twice for 79.95 twice. I am wanting to return the product but there is no contact numbers available.

I have tried to unsuscribe and have been charged for the past 3 months. I haven't received but only one bottle and it was the free sample and unsubscribed after that. I will get a lawyer if I don't get my $240.00 back.

I am having the same problems. I have e-mailed several times and they are not responding. They are stating that I cannot receive a refund because I did not return the product within 30 days which is a lie and I have the bank statement to prove it. I do not have a phone number to call. Can someone share the phone number? It probably won't help to call, but I would like to talk to someone. I am absolutely furious and will be writing a letter of complaint. Thanks for your help.

I too had the same problem with this company. What I did was call my bank and have my bank get this company on the phone. Once they were on the phone we were able to cancel all terms and conditions. However, "THEY WILL NOT" credit the money back to you even if you send their product back. I hope this helps everyone out a little

i got a trail sample delivery to my home to try but i dont like it. ever month they send me a bottle and take money out of my bank account i tryed to stop them but i can get any to help me so im here in hope you can help .

I rec'd sample bottle ($1.00 Plus postage or something like that) anc canceled as soon as I got it. Still have not opened it. Was charged $38 on my credit card for this. Kept emailing and asking for $$$ back. Offered to send unopened bottle back. They stopped replying to my emails.

I submitted an order to Ultimate Green Tea by credit card on 3/17/08. Company was listed as PEERFORMANCE HEALTH USA, LLC. I received a reply the same day confirming mailing address with payment reference number 1864189. Three days later I received a call for this company wanting sell me other products which I declined. Since then I have received no product or communication. I have not received a statement form my credit card company but if I have been charged further action will have to be taken.

I also only wanted the FREE trial got billed the full amount because there was no information on how to stop the shipment. We sent the first bottle back with a please cancel letter but it did not work, we just got another bottle in the mail again today. Yet again something that we did not want I contacted my bank and made a stop payment on the company. I just got off the phone with the company and there are going to e-mail me a return form, we will see if it works. Here is the number if you can use it thanks to my bank.

I called the [protected] number today and spoke with a Jane K who instructed me to return the pkg unopened and write on the pkg 'refused'. She emailed me a RMA number and a message to attach to the package indicating refusal. The email also contained the RMA number and requests your signature. Additionally, she gave me a cancellation number. I will see if this works. Hope it does for you and the many others. I will try it. If not, I will report that my card is missing so that future deductions can not be made on the account. A lot of work- Let me know what happens for you.

A sorry way to obtain customers! If they cannot obtain customers through a tried and true product they should go out of business. I cannot believe they still are in business, with all the legitimate complaints lodged against them. I want nothing to do with scam artists such as the ones described on these complaints.
