They are LEGALLY responsible to compensate you for all illegal Credit Card Fraud, that you did NOT authorize! I ordered the sample Green Tea pills for appox. $3.95. After the order was placed I received an email confirmation where it stated I would be charged. No where when ordering was there an accepted statement saying I would be charged on a regular basis for $79.95. Immediately, I emailed the company stating I did not ask for a monthly supply and to stop the process. My account was billed anyway. I received an email after speaking with the company on the process of returning the pills once they arrive (see below).

The same thing just happened to me. I ordered a sample of the acia berry tablets for $4.95. and have just been charged $75.00 on my debit card.

I just like the person before me, figured if Oprah endorsed it, it must be good. The website I visited said the 30 day sample was free but I needed to send $4.85 to cover postage and handling. Well the very next day $44.85 was deducted from my account. I managed to get their number and I've been calling for two days now with no luck. I keep getting the stupid recording saying the due to a large volume of calls my call cannot be answered and to try again latter. I want these people prosecuted! Give me back my Money Now!

Not only did this company bill me without mypermission but they cae back after I contacted them and returned their merchandise that doesn't work by the way and they billed me again and i don't even have any further dealings with these people. I want to advise all who read this not to give them any of your information and if you wat you cn go to Walmart and buy the exact same pills for 9 bucks.

This company doesn't have a heart but the person behind does and will see the wrongs that they are refusing to make write, over and over again. I want any further products to stop being sent and charge to my credit card, also please stop sending me products, even after you have given me confirmation, to cancel.

Exactly the same situation. Ordered a sample put the shipping on my American Express and received another bottle for $74.76. Left a message after a very long wait time and just yesterday received another bottle and another charge. Spoke with the credit card company and was told there is nothing they can do. How is this possible when I never authorized additional shipments?
I am returning this shipment to Lake Mead Performance with a letter and returned mail certification.This is so wrong!

Wondered what the $79+ new chg was on my credit card and cked my $l.83 (10 pills) acai bottle and sure enough, the word "Pure" jumped out at me. Seems the outfit took the liberty of charging me for "food" after the small bottle arrived; never ordered, never saw, never requested. SCAMMERS. Not too good at it, either. marie

I have the same situation as the person above this company is a fraud and should be turned in. I have asked that no more orders be sent to me after trying the sample and I received 2 unauthorized packages. My bank suggested that I change my account number to avoid any future orders billed to my account.

i was charged for shipping and handling for a sample product and then charged $79.97 for an unauthorized debit. i am disputing the charge. i have the attorney general involved, better business breau invovled. please make a dispute with your bank

I am battling the same situation...I have tried to call them and hear the recorded message that there is a 35 minute wait and to contact them via email...This is impossible...I have called my bank and the large charges have been corrected, but now they are charging me the sample bottle fees AGAIN.

the same thing happened to me .I orderedtrail offer for 4.95 of acia berry.I can not get in touch with anyone to fix this.they took 74.95 out of my account.I now have to pay nsf fees to my bank for something I did not order.I have no way of returning these bottles.If anyone finds awayto return this product please let me know

I also ordered a trail bottles of POMCLEAR for 3.95 shipping and handling. They have done the same thing that Acia berry did to my acc. They have started taking out unauthorized charges for product that I did not order. $49.95. I tried calling them for several days without any luck. Finally I reach a guy and ask for my money to be put back into our acc. He said they could not do that until the produc t was returned. We only recieved 1 bottle so far and was charged twice. The bottle was returned and they still have not refund our acc. DON't ORDER POMCLEAR AND ACAI BERRY. It's a scam and they take money that's not theirs to take. They are thieves and lairs. Esther

I have experienced similar problems with this company. I've tried to call them now for two days and I'm told there will be a 45 min. wait and I should visit the web site.
I order the free samples and received them. Now, my account is being charged 29.95 for each bottle of product and it adds up to $90.
Most places will cancel auto shipments when you call them, but so far no luck with this outfit.

Performance Health also represents Pure AcaiBerry capsules. They are not responding to my request to cancel a membership I did not agree to.

In addition to this site, I am also contacting the Oprah Winfrey show...maybe she can do something for us.

I to ordered acai berry and they have also taken my from my acc without permission! Acai berry does not work! It will keep you awake at nite tho. They steal money from people's acc's even when you do not order anything from them! How can they do this? This is illegal! Someone needs to put a stop to this immediatly! Help Geroldo Riviera!

I too noticed the advertisement of Acai berry with Oprah pictured by it. I thought well if Oprah trust and uses acai berry maybe it is good to take. WRONG! It did nothing for me, except keep me awake at nite! So I called CENTRAL COAST NUTRACEUTICALS INC. with the number from the bottle itself. I tried for 3 days to get to them, being told be a recording that all phones were very busy and to try back after hours (5:oopm) with being still unable to talk with anyone. Finally on Sept. 17, 2008 I got someone on the phone [protected]). I told him I had been charged on my card for products I did not order! Said he could not do anything about it, until product was returned. I did return 2 products before and they did refund my acc. with 29.95. But there are still other charges of 39.95 on 9-12-08 and another charge of 44.85 on 8-25-08 that they took out. I told him that it was illegal to take money out of people acc's without permission and he said it wasn't! I told him that I would get Geraldo Riviera to investigate what they are doing. His response what "Geraldo can not do anything to them and that he was not afraid of Geraldo. How bold can these companies get?! They don't care about the customers and just want to get their hands on the money! He said he closed my acc. and that I would not recieve any more products. We will see if that is true. I WANT MY MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT! Esther

I am very concern that they are getting away with this. I am seriously considering on contacting my state attorney to file action since, they have told me that all calls was 45 mins waiting period and i was advised to go on help line and they kept on with charging to my account. We need to let this company know that we are not going to let them get away.

I ordered a free sample bottle only of the Acai berry pills on 8-29. I paid for the shipping, $5.95. I was charged fine. I was then charged $5.95 again and then $79.95 twice after that making it a totalf of $171.80. This was an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account, which in turn I was charged a non-sufficient funds fee for my rent check. Obvioulsy it bounced due to these unauthorized charges. THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL! I cancelled my debit card and contacted my bank. They told me that there isn't anything they can do to recoup my money. But they contated there fraud protection team and will investigate. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau I am going to eat these guys alive!

I had order the sample free Pure Acai Berry to try them out. I was billed for $5.95 for shipping on 9/2/08. I did not order another bottle to be sent to me and all of a sudden I receive another bottle in the mail with no explanation or paperwork. I checked with my bank and found that they had charge my credit card $74.95 on 9/10/08. This is unacceptable, no where in the advertisement did they tell you that the next bottle would cost $74.95. I am an elderly woman on a fixed budget, I can't afford a price like this. I will contact my bank for further action.

I was scammed too, but more so than just money, the product is not safe to take. There's no packing slip, no cross checking, no documentation, nor an invoice or contact info.
The labels on the bottles peel off just as easy as they were put on. See for yourself.

I also fell victim to the scam of this company. I ordered a trial size which I did not receive, however I received 2 bottles and was billed twice for $74.76. I have also tried to contact the company or get return information. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to get in touch with this company, please let me know.

card and they will deal with them. Turn them into the BBB, and hopfully close them down. Doris

I also ordered the free sample and paid only for the deliver. I then noted that I was charged 85 dollars (CDN) that was completely unauthourized.

How can a company do this ? This is completely illegal. I have yet to received the item(s) yet as I always check my credit card report.
