Green Tea have been charging my credit card for over 3 months now, I have not authorised them and I have never received any product. Also, since they have unlawfully been charging my credit card, other unauthorised charges have appeared, which I presume is all part of the same company. I disapprove of their actions and will be taking this further. I am not saying anything against their product, as I have no idea of its quality, but going by the way they conduct business, I have a feeling its all a scam.

Performance Health is a very dangerous scam. Unauthorized shipments and charges to our credit cards AND no phone number or e-mail address to cancel it. I will cancel my credit card!

Information above is not correct or current information with what I found out.

Trying to do research on this company led me to the East Coast. I tracked it to a Delaware Corporation. It appears that it has ties to Europe. It is possible that it connected to a multi-national pharmaceutical conglomerate that deals with nutraceuticals. This is the best clue I have so far that I am working on. My wife said that this has a weird feeling like it is out of a spy novel.

And it seems I am getting closer, if I find anything I will post.

I also got taken in by the offer of a free sample with only the cost of shipping to be charged to my credit card. I have contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge and will return the pills I do NOT want. HELP!

gohelpnow.com is a valid website. please google gohelpnow.com and it should be the first link. "Customer Support", if you don't show up in their data base, just use the last option and send them an email.

This acica crap is such a scam! I ordered the supposed "free trial" and have since been bombarded with over $200.00 worth of charges. One of wich $78.33, was charged AFTER I managed to finally cancell my "membership"! When I called to discuss this with them, I was called a lair, and basically told there was nothing they could do. I spoke with a woman who told me she was the manager, she wasn't. I found this out after being on hold for 10 min and speaking with someone else. Please do not give this company any of your money. They do not deserve a dime, they deserve to be put out of business. They are deciving, shady and morally wrong.

I made the mistake of ordering free samples of Pure Acai Berry and Extreme Acai Berry, they both got me. Well it might be the same firm. When I searched VIP Fit and Performance Health USA(Extreme Acai Berry) I ended up here with the www.gohelpnow.com folks. Looks like they are one in the same with 4 to 6 different names. I was told by my bank to cancel my cards so they can't charge me for future product, didn't want to order Pure Acai Berry because the sample did not work, there goes $79.76. Charged for the Extreme Acai Berry before the day before the sample arrived, there goes $89.31. They strive to do everything possible to seperate you from your money. I already sent emails to Rachel Ray and Oprah Winfrey sites to let them know their names and faces are used on these sites. Contacted my Attorney Generals office to register a complaint. Canceled my credit card, www.gohelpnow.com said they canceled future orders, I don't trust them, sent emails to the other firm, maybe, tried to call and heard the same things that everyone else did with no answer. There must be a way to let everyone know about these people.

I wonder if "customer support" above me here is reading ANY of what has been written here?
A message for you: Dear "customer support": You're toast. You have illegally taken THOUSANDS of dollars from hundreds of now totally PO'D people. I look forward to hearing that the walls of your little scam were torn down around you!

Jessy, I looked at the terms and conditions and could not find the original page I ordered it from, it was nowhere, there was no address or anything in the shipment I got and i am also afraid to use the product.
I stand by my belief that this company is a scam.

I was extremely embarrassed to have felt taken advantage of. I am normally a careful person and have ordered things on the internet for years and NEVER had this kind of scary experience. All the other health products I have ordered from other companies had the bottles labeled very clearly as were the instructions to cancel.

I felt like an ### with this whole thing and did change my credit card. I would NEVER recommend this company or their products to anyone. I am not even using the products I recieved. I am thinking about contacting facebook (where I found the offer) and asking them to remove all advertisements from this company. BTW, this is the original address I got in my e-mail, it redirects you to the other address...none of this information was here 2 weeks ago.

I agree totally with this person, about getting ripped off, and taken advantaged of, and a company taking money that has not been authorized to be theirs to start with. When is this going to stop? Who is going to stop this absurdity?

I ordered the sample and like many people did not read the terms and conditions that were on the website that explains the home delivery plane and how to cancel and get a refund. I guess that was my fault.

What I have noticed that there are many companies that sell the Acai berries, green tea as well as other health products. I kind of felt bad to silly when I contacted the wrong company. So what I did was to make sure that I did have the right company first. When I found the right company I go everything straightened out. They explained to me what the charges were for and they were very nice to let me know where the information was found. After reading the terms and conditions with them I understood and cancelled. They also let me know that every customer could cancel out of everything online.

I read the terms and conditions that were provided on the website were I ordered the sample because I have been scammed in the past. After I read them I did order the sample and I think the product works. It may not be for everybody. If you have questions about how to cancel just go to the terms and conditions.

When I read the terms and conditions that were in the site were I ordered the sample it did state that I had 30 day to get the product back to them in order to get a refund I had to pay for the shipment which was like $2.89 to ship it back to them, but it go there on time and I got my refund. So as long as you sent them the product back on time you will get your refund. Well I think in the terms it said that you can only send one unopened product for a refund. All you have to do is read the terms and conditions.

I didn't know that I was going to be charged and shipped out more of the product. I called and was instructed to go to the website. That is where I found all the information I needed. To cancel and why i was getting charged the home delivery plan. Well if I order anything else for the internet I will read more carefully.

I keep getting orders that I did not authorize or ask for. I had money deducted from my account for $74.76. Either I get my money back and you stop sending me these pills, orI am going to contact the Ohio Attorney General.
