I am very unhappy with this company. I did not authorize any additional charge to my credit card, only the initial trial. I was not happy with the product and received no notice that they were shipping any additional orders. SCAM!

No invoice and no telephone number to contact. Credit card statment usually has company's telephone number listed with merchant's name.

I could not cancel further shipments after receiving initial shipment as advertised. I called customer service, and was assured further shipments would be canceled. I since have received yet another shipment and my checking account was debited.

Automatic shipping of items without my permission and charging my credit card without permission. I have been unable to contact anyone and my letters come back to me.This should not be allowed and is illegal as far as I am concerned!

I would like to know why a company can get by with charging peoples credit cards when they give out fake phone numbers. The number that was given to card company does not work.

This Green Tea product is advertised that you can try a sample for the cost of the shipping. After you fill that form out you are advised that you are going to receive the product monthly and be charged 79.95. It says that you can cancel at any time but there is no way to do so.

I sent an email saying to stop sending any supplies anymore since I have not even started the first bottle sent but it continuously sent and billed my bank for $79.00. This is not acceptable and a simple scam to fry customers.

Was told I would be charged #.97 for a sample of ten capsules and after trying them I should notify them to continue sending a bottle of 60 once a month for a charge of $79.95. The complaint deals with the them sending the bottles without me authorizing the continuance and also that they do not work at all. I tried to go to their web site and was taken to the Complaints page. I called the at [protected], the number shown on my credit card will and got a message telling me that if I wanted to unsubscribe I should go back to the web site on which I found them originally. It was not a separate web site but a collection of items listed for people to try. I will call again on Monday and see what they tell me then when their office is open.

The website given doesn't get where you need to go. There is no phone number to call for cancellation. I agree with other complainants that this is a SCAM.

This was a bad experience asked for sample of Hoodiaphen was charged twice for a full order, received no product. Contacted them by phone from the 1 888 number give on the bill to my checking account. I was told that all the operator could do was cancel my recurring orders no new charges would happen after that date and I was given a cancellation number. I told them i had not received any product for the charges of $79.95 and was told no refunds were allowed. I wrote them explaining the situation and still have not received a answer to my complaint. So I have no goods for my money and I'm out 2 x $79.95=$159.90. And no way of getting the money or the product back.

I'm talking serious rip-off!

I thought I was subscribing to a Trial bottle only! Wrong! Shortly after receiving the trial bottle, I started receiving a full-sized bottle every other week with a charge to my credit card of $74.76 for each bottle. One charge came from Arizona with company name being Co Performance Life and second charge was from Colorado with company name being WR Performance Product. I am embarrassed to say I was taken! Will never order trial sizes of anything again!

I ordered a trial bottle only, of acai berries which was supposed to contain a month's supply and it had 10 capsules. I woke to discover my account was debited in the amount of $79.76, while checking it on-line this morning.

I called the bank and tried to stop payment-not successful. I called the phone number from the company which was listed on my bank statement, and what a shock-it was not a working #. So I went on their website and clicked on 'cancel my order', and supposedly canceled my 'home delivery order' that I did not order.

Another surprise when I checked my mail box-a large bottle of acai berries! Once again, something I did not order.

Free samples of a product were offered. They asked that you pay shipping. Bingo. Do not ever give your credit card number to these jerks. They sent me the samples and charged 4.51 on 11/11 and then sent an additional bottle on 11//22 which I did not request and charged my credit card 78.33. And, now they have charged my December card another 78.33 and I never asked to order these. I have tried to call them. There is a recording that sends you to a web site that does not exist.

I have had to cancel my credit card and have it re-issued. The company is fraudulent. How many people have to complain before the FDA or the SEC or the local police in Utah do something to prosecute these people. American is in enough trouble without the help of scammers.

Tried sample for low price.
Next thing I know, I am sent 60-capsule bottle & charged to my credit card, unauthorized.
Now I see they have several complaints for identical problem.
I want my money back.

I stupidly ordered a sample to Pure Acai Berry and agreed to pay the shipping and handling. About 2 weeks later I received a shipment of 60 capsules and was charged 74.95. I did not authorize this shipment. All attempts to contact the company by phone or on the web are useless. I imagine the shipments and charges will continue. I have contacted by credit card company for assistance.

In July I clicked on an info article on how to make money on Twitter. The site asked for a credit card # in case you chose to activate an acount with one of the companies. I did nt activate any account. Do not have a password or user ID yet I have been charged repeatedly $49.87 + a currency excahnge fee of $1.49 per month beginning August 2009. I have finaaly gotten it cancelled with a cancellation # but they will not refund my money. I had no way of knowing I was signed up for this nor did I see any charges until after their 40 cancellation period because of the billing date of my credit card. They will not refund any of the money. I have never used the Twitter account or this scam account. I do not feel I should have to pay for these charges. What are my options? I have talked to 2 people there and they each read the same verbatum paragraph to me. If this has happened to me, it has happened to countless other innocent people. Please help me to get my money back!
