I had a very serious in game issue, that the billing dept. didnt feel was important, I called the billing department for this issue because it was stated on thier website that the billing department was supposed to handle account maintenance issues. I spoke with an employee who told me that the issue would be resolved by a specific time, it was not, I called a second time and spoke with the same employee and who lied directly to me and said that he never said the issue would be resolved, I spoke with a supervisor about this issue while an employee was laughing at the situation in the background, very unproffesional. The issue was resolved, but not without a lot of trouble. Wal-mart cares more about thier customers than these people.
