Perceptive Training And Consulting / Fraud
In August I applied to an add for training at Nissan of Greenville Nc. I went through the interview with Tim. He told me there would be some upfront costs but he didn't know how much off hand. After the interview he said he would contact me in a few hours to tell me if I got the position. I did, and started training the following day. I went through the training in which on Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday night I started getting skeptical so I did some research online. I found one [redacted] however called the manager of Nissan whose name is Jay and he confirmed that we were not hired yet but would be once we completed training at either the nissan store or saturn store. On wednesday we were informed we would need to pay $695 for the training. I quickly informed Tim that I could not come up with this and he stated to come up with what I could and he would work with me. I told him the most I could come up with was $200. I originally gave him a check on thursday thinking my father would be putting money in my account. Then I called him back that night and told him to give me the check back the following day because I would have cash. On friday I gave him the cash and he informed me that he had ripped the check up. Of course I believed him because I was stupid but, I did. It is now October 27th and I just found out that he went in and cashed that check. I am filing a police report today and dispute with the bank. I do not know if I will get the money back however I do know that NOBODY should fall into his scam no matter how secure it sounds or feels.
