I purchased a baby sling from Peppermint.com . When it arrived I found, despite following the measurement directions, the sling did not fit. According to their returns policy I would not be refunded the cost of shipping and I would have to pay to return the product to the company. I went ahead and returned it at my expense. The company then contacted me 3 weeks later to say they would not refund my money at all because the sling had been a closeout item. They kindly offered to charge me again to ship the sling back to me. I think not. I will never shop their again and would warn others not to as well.
