On the 26 october 2019 I bought a backpack for my son at pep stores in maitland. He came home from school on monday 4 november the one sling was broken. I searched in my wallet if I cant find the receipt but I did not find it. I then on tuesday 5 november called the pep store in maitland asked to speak to the mananger on duty I explained to the manager what happened he said he needs to speak to his boss and give me a call the same day on which I gave him my cell phone number. On wednesday the 6 november I called the shop again asked for the manager on duty on which I was told you can speak to me on asking the person on the other side said hold on ill get the manager for you. He came I asked him that im still waiting on him to get back to me with a answer he then asked me do you have a slip I then said I explained it to you yesterday which means you did not take note of anything I said. My parents, Henning and Jacqueline Smit, bought a LG Sylo S50 Jade at Pep Cell, Sasolburg Mall, Sasolburg, Freestate on 1 June 2019. Today, 30 June 2019, I, Abigael Smit, their daughter, for who they bought the phone for, updated my phone to it's latest android version, when I finished restarting my phone and wanted to unlock my phone, it kept saying my pattern is incorrect, but it is correct, and that I am certain of because I wrote the pattern down on a piece of paper, just to make sure I have it if I forget it. I was wondering if you could please reset my phone. I'm sending this email from a friend's laptop, because I can't get to my email account.

I bought the nappies on the 6th of February 2024. Every nappies is leaking i thought i was one but it's happening throughout , I've been using this brand for 6months without any issues. But now i change my child's nappy everything 30mimutes because she's always wet or it's dripping. I'm truly dissatisfied with the product.

Hello. I'm having a problem. On sartuday of the 27 I bought a school shoes for my boy at pep store Mukula. Within a week the shoes are torn up and when I look at it properly is a factory fault and I don't have a till slip as I thought I was not going to use it. Because the shoes fits well.

Oon 14 Marh 2923 I went Pep Home Jabulani and got at the shop at 17h57. The door was already closed and they would not let me in, meanwhile the operating hiurs displayed at the door were from 09h00 to 18h00. I had to go back home without fulfilling what I came to the mall for.
