I'm notified that I have a message and when I click on to read it I have to log on again but never get to read the message this has happened twice so since you don't provide the service and I demand a refund for the unused portion service which I paid for cancel my subscription at the end of September, Your rep told me that you don't do this Since you didn't provide the service and I want a refund for the unused portion of my subscription my next step will be to file a complaint with the FCC.
