This complaint is in regards to Penn Foster a so called good school! However, their director of education chairperson Russell Day repeatedly accused me of asking repeated personal questions to the instructors which was a total lie! He instigated that I had been asking personal questions to the instructors and repeatedly tried to threaten me to quit on my own! My contract is in good standing and I have no violations towards what the contract states! I am half way almost through the course which I started back this April of 2012. But this RUSSELL DAY is trying to bunk me off the course so that he can put my account on collections and extort money from me! This school is a scam, a fraud, and does not allow you to finish the course. Even before you have started the course and want to ask questions to their instructors they will falsely accuse you of not asking the right questions and try to instigate that you are not following their regulations and will force and threaten you to quit on your own! According to my contract I am in good standing and my grade point average a 3.0. But whene ever I ask this stupid RUSSELL DAY guy he act like a big snob and says that I am not asking the right questions and so theirfor I should not be allowed to complete the course. He did this repeatedly every time I had asked him any questions which were all course related! This school is a total scam, and this guy RUSSELL DAY well I don't have any comments! I am going on to complete the course and if they still accuse me falsely and then try to not let me complete my course and forces my account to collections than I can take them to court for false accusations which does not pertain to the contract and also for extortion for collecting money from me by putting my account in collections and then not giving me the diploma even after finishing the course in time and also making payments on time of which I have recorded everything! So for all of those that are going to this school take caution and for those that are thinking about it DON'T! YOU WILL BE SORRY! ANGRY!
This school would not let me cancel i recently moved back to my home in the United Kingdom and there telling me that I have to pay the remaining balance and I can’t be a international student in the United Kingdom and I’m under contract to pay ok for one i don’t owe anything and two they never loaned me any money for the fraudulent school so how do I owe them money and there telling me that it will remain open ok that’s fine it can remain open but I’m not paying anything so I guess it’s going to remain open until I’m old and dead because I’m not paying anything all this school/college does is
Take your money i had to close my bank account before they withdraw any of my money and change my phone number and address before I moved back to the United Kingdom because they will keep calling you with harassing call’s and letter’s oh yeah and my email had to get changed to so they have no clue on how to harass me lol 😂 and here in the United Kingdom once you moved back you don’t have to pay any school’s/college’s anything

Like I said this is a complaint board and I felt I had something to complain about because I was wronged by this school just like so many others that had before me had made complaints against this school of which are all true! I made a true complaint and no one should ever be put in that spot for no reason! Who the hell gave you the right to come busting out at me. I have my rights to complain because I know I was wronged! Yes, maybe I should now let the Better Business Bureau of Scranton, PA and also PA Human Relations Commission handle this issue and I have reported and filed formal complaints in regards to this issue.
