In March of 2006, I opened up my own business and gladly placed an order at www.carolinapens.com for personalized highlighters/pens for my new business. A month passed by and had not received my order (but my credit card was charged). I called Carolina Pen & Pencil well over five times within a week - no one answered.
Three months later, I was able to get in contact with someone at the company and told me to email my information once again. I emailed 'Linda' my order details but never received my items. In short, it has been well over TWO years since I placed my order with Carolina Pen & Pencil and have NOT received any explanations. Multiple attempts have been made to contact the company.
A BBB complaint was filed but according to the Bureau, Carolina Pen & Pencil has over 60 unanswered complaints.
