I had bought a Super 240 pellet stove. Had nothing but problems with it. First of all, no one answers the phone when you call customer support. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. When you do get someone they are very rude and short with thier answers. Anyway, after a number of calls I finally had it, not one suggestion they gave me worked. The stove still has multiple problems. So I sent them an e-mail telling them my disapproval of them and that after just one winter I was taking my $1, 500 stove to the dump. All the response was, "...sorry you feel that way, I'm sure that we can work this problem out...". That was the last contact I had with them. And yes, the stove went to the dump.
