Pell Technology, Inc. review: Poor Service 1

Do not do business with this company! I ordered a back light for a Toshiba laptop. They sent the wrong part. I had to pay shipping to return it. They sent a replacement. It was the wrong part. I had to pay shipping to return it. The parts were obviously scrounged, used parts (no mention of this in their sales pitch). It took numerous telephone calls with long intervals on hold over several weeks to finally get a refund. These guys (actually, I suspect it is probably just one guy, as "Frank" is the only one who ever answers the telephone) are at best incompetent. Buyer beware!
