On January 8, I purchased a pair of glasses for my 4 y/0 daughter. Despite treating them with kid gloves, they broke after only 6 months. They cost $300 to begin with so I was upset when I went back to Pearle and they told me that the glasses could not be fixed. They offered to sell me a new frame for 50% off. Why would I want another frame just like the one that had broken? All three employees were extremely rude to me, refused to help me at all. This inspite of the fact that my husband and I had also purchased new glasses on the same day, to the tune of $1000. I will never set foot in a Pearle Vision Center again as long as I live

I wanted to complain about the fact that i spent 800. 00 on a dolce and gabbanna frame that broke after 4months. They wanted to charge me 50% to replace what was obviously a defect. They broke down and replaced the frame with a display model. Then a few months later i called them to inquire about my scratch protection as my lenses are scratched up. They said they could replace the lenses at 50% off. I always buy my glasses there and by the time i get them paid off it is time for a new pair. I always go back because the sales girl that helps me is very nice and knows the latest fashion. However i am disappointed about that fact that they are most attentive when you are buying but when there is a problem they want to basically get another wad a cash out of you. Unfortunately i will not go back.

My in-laws and I just went to the Pearle Vision in Rosedale Mall in Roseville MN for exam and glasses. The store manager helped check us in. As she was processing the insurances for eligibility, there was another employee moving around in the same station that she was at. She was smiling, but she made the most "racist" comment of all. She asked the employee where he would want to be so that she "can help the poor people". I didn't know she was the store manager and when I found out that she is; it diguests me to think that people like her could work in such a public place as the mall in a diverse community. I'll never go back there (unless she is fired) and I'm going to tell everyone I know about this place. I'm not sure about the store's employees either. They are have this attitude and of the same race. I'm definitely going to make a complaint about the store. Don't go there.

Dear Sir/Madame: I need you to send me your e-mail address immediately because I wish to forward to you the e-mail message which I received from DHL telling me that they never asked for my TAX ID or social security number in order to ship my glasses to me, as your sales associate claimed. She refused to send my glasses by FEDEX and ended up mailing them two days ago by priority mail, two months late. I am living and working in a combat zone and need my glasses desperately. I demand a full refund and your response. The store's telephone number is [protected]. Incidentally, your sales associate refused to give me the customer service information and claimed that there is no manager in the store.

VERY similar set of experiences at the Pearle Vision in McLean, VA. Those people don't know how to make glasses, they don't know anything about customer service, and they don't know they don't know!
