I'm getting ripped off
On June 9th 2021 I was hit head on by a lady that has pearl holding insurance and my vehicle was considered totalled . They picked up my vehicle and told me they would give me the value of my vehicle. But then they told me there only going to pay me 30% of the value because I'm 30% at fault which is absolutely crazy and definitely untrue ,when the lady hit me ! I haven't received any compensation for my vehicle and it's been about 6 months with my vehicle in there possession at there tow yard. Now I received a letter saying I have 30 days to come pick up my vehicle or there squishing it ! I haven't been so sad, confused,no money no help stressed out, and accused ,now I'm being screwed ! I get my totalled car back ! This is the worst insurance company ever! I don't know what to do !
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the totalled value of my vehicle that's all .
adjusters
I finally got the check for my car but guess what they put my lien holder on the check because they dont wanna pay for my car to get fix or me a rental the adjster didnt ask what shop i taken it to they been so busy trying to find out personal information about me and my family that doesn't have anything to do with me being in a car accident for the state of Florida they need to worry about them closing the first claim number that was given to me when i first reported my accident on july 26, 2019 and i gave that claim to the hospital. your claim number never sopose to change once your given a claim number that, s your. number until the case is over but they close that claim and gave me a new claim number on August 6th 2019 when i called. Ms. Best to see if ahe received my documents she told me I had a new claim number like I told them I'm not. Dumb that first claim never should have been closed
car insurance
I was recently in a hit and run accident on 726/19 I reported. The accident the same day then was given a claim number. Me and my granddaughter went to the hospital the next day because I was in pain and to get my granddaughter check also so collision adjuster sent some one to the house with out calling me I didn't know he was coming on 8/1/19. So when he came I wasn't there the adjuster sopose to have schedule a appt for him to come see my car I was then called on 8/2/19. Saying that he came and I wasnt there and didnt return the phone call he never called me nor left a message then he finally got in contact with me an came to see my car on 8/4/19. So I then paid to have my statement and police report sent to the collision adjuster and she made up so many lies saying she didnt have the document to see cant see them its blurry so I told her I would resend them because she said it wasnt no claim number on it which was another lie because I was sent a copy also. And you could see it very clear and the statement was the first paper with the claim number on it then she informed me that I no longer have that claim number I have a new claim knowing thats the claim number I gave to the hospital after my accident. I never gotton a call saying my claim number has changed so why wait until I send in my documents to tell me I was told by email that I called to report the claim again on 8/6/19 thats why I had to claim numbers so they had to close one so why close the one I given to the hospital. The other should have been closed the adjuster close the claim on purpose this insurance company has alot of bad reviews so please steer clear
and the only reason i called on 8/6/19 was to see if she received my statement and police report so how can i report the claim twice what a bunch of bull crap

I was hit from behind from someone insured by a large household name company. Their insurer paid my rental asap while Ocean Harbor fights my doctors' pip assignment bills. Even with an EMC my doctors got no payment and my bills are over $10K. The at fault insurer will only pay me the difference in bodily injury medical and pain claims from the 10K pip even though it wasn't paid. Luckily I found a good PI lawyer who started in criminal defense at Reiner Law in West Palm Beach. More people with bad faith claims may change how they operate. My first accident and now they mess with my payments and sending odd suspension and non renewal notices though every payment ever has been early. Good luck and find someone who takes care of their insureds.
Failed to fulfil cliam oblagations
My car was involved in an auto accident on 11/16/2009, with the other party being at fault. It is now 3/30/2010. My car is still missing parts to be fixed correctly. Currently the vehicle is a hazard to drive, the body shop has made countless attempts to get all problems resolved in a timely manner, but the employees of this company are not helpful, and take extended periods of time to respond to any inquires about the claim. My car rental bill came to a total of over $5, 200 and i still need to return the vehicle to the body shop to complete repairs. i can no longer afford to rent vehicles, especially due to the negligence on behalf of Pearl holding Group. They've done nothing but continuously waste time and delay claims to stop me from pursing whats rightfully owed to me based on there promise made to me when purchasing the insurance policy.
This company should be allowed to cost people more money then what there willing to reimburse to policy holders. I don't have rental car reimbursement on my policy, so they see it fit to take as long as they want to fix my car, since they don't have to pay for the rental cost. This is absurd and should be allowed to happen to people whom pay for a service in good faith. There taking advantage of people, and ripping them off.

I must respectfully submit that after further review, based upon the points of impact, you hit our insured's vehicle; our insured did not hit you. The contact was your front end and our insured's right front side. The dumpster you claim obstructed your vision is several yards away from the intersection where you collided with our insured's vehicle. You also claimed you were going only 5 miles per hour, but the damage to your vehicle does not suggest that. We made you an offer on 09/11/21. You have not accepted our offer. On 03/03/22, we sent you a letter, abandoning your vehicle. Please make arrangements to pick it up.
Your absolutely so wrong I can't believe what I'm seeing ! check the the police report and the evidence! I had the right away It wasn't obstructing my view it obstructed her view
of seeing me because she flew right out in front of me what caused me to slam on my brakes and slid into her! By law she is in fault 100% not 30% ! Your insurer was at fault and you did nothing to help me ! But screw me over ! Now all I get out of all of this is my totalled car back is that any where right at all? Is that the way your insurance company works to screw everyone over that's insured by your company to try and protect your self . Your service is the worst I've ever received in my life! I now am suffering from loosing my vehicle no reimbursement for the loss and mental suffering from the whole incident. Now you wanna just drop it and give my totalled car back is that going to help anything? No! How do you think you can get away with this ?
