Peak 5 FlatIron / Disrespectful Customer Service
I am very appalled at the customer service, Peak 5 FlatIron displayed today when I called to set up payment. I have been a responsible and steady cleint when it came to paying my car loan payments. Then I suddenly experienced financial hardships and they deferred my account to resolve my account in the rear. So when I spoke with the first customer service representative, she was very rude, cold and unprofessional. Then I askesd to speak with a manager and I spoke with Mike the supervisor, and he was much much worse. I was under the impression that I was being accomodated in order to satisfy my debt in the rear, since they knew my financial situation. However, they insulted me and showed no compassion for my situation and was very disrespectful and threatened to repo my vehicle if I did not pay at that moment.
Also, they have changed management more than three times in 2years. It's obvious that they cannot provide stabilty and productivity within this scam of a finance company because they do not produce good business, and because their staff is of poor merit and it shows throughout the company!
Needless to say, what company does business this way in order to receive payments by threatening and insulting their clients. This behavior should be addressed and severly penalized . I will never do business with Peak 5 Flatiron financing company again and I recommend that no one else should either!!!
