Peachtree Software / Problems with product and support
I have had ongoing problems with Peachtree. Sage won't support a two year old version of its product that doesn't run on Vista (another big complaint). We had to reload after our system crashed and now they think we have multi users. They won't help without a very substantial support fee. Their other solution involves more money - upgrade then they'll help. They don't even have a pay per support option. The program is a pain to use and clunky at best.
