PDQ review: broken antenna 1

PDQ has warning posted to lower antenna & turn off radio. I turned car off which turns off radio and lowers antenna. I also accidently took my keys inside with me to pay the bill. A young man came in and asked for the keys & went out & turned on car which raised antenna and turned on radio. He drove it in. The antenna broke. After 20 years of servicing my car there, and 1 other antenna incident which they paid for, the manager said the kid probably did not know how to turn it off and the responsibility is mine and refused to pay.
