No, they don't. They charge you according to the agreement that YOU signed! There are so many people out there with similar stories to yours. All of these paydal loan companies work the same. If you do not opt to repay your debt in full, they will refinance your loan, and will therefore see two seperate ach debits on your bank statement. This can very easilly be avoided by simply opting to repay your balance in full, by calling, writing or faxing a letter to the company, three full business days prior to your due date. Once you do this, call to confirm they have your information on file. If ths information is on file at that point, you will see ONE ach debit from your bank account for the total amount due - and unless you apply for another loan - you will never hear from them again. Again, all of these payday loan companies operate this way - but 90% of people FAIL to read the loan agreement!!!

This outfit is run by a bunch of bums who can't read...I have repeatedly opted out of their dumb email list a dozen times in three weeks...and they keep on sending me their ignorant junk. I've used their opt-out link...I've tried to email the bums directly and it gets bounced.

...and for you people who complain about their sleezy business practices...HEY...pay off the loan and DON'T USE THEM ANYMORE!!!
...and next time READ THE FINE PRINT!!!

They lie to you about the agreement to debit your account and then charges you twice in one month. How do I stop the debits to my account?

PDL is a rip off They take more of your money that you could keep in your pocket. To get out of the payday loan rat race. Just close your bank account change your phone number and in 6-9 months the payday loan companies will settle your account for 35% -50% of what you owe. Dont use PDL they will just take you money and tell you they are doing work for you when actually they are just waiting for the payday loan company to settle.

the number where I reached them is 866-928-5055 but wait for the options and pick the one that says for delinquent accounts and someone picked up after only a few rings, no wait music or anything. I got a live person that way and was able to settle the account.

They are nothing but a ripoff company Note: they are not even an American company and claim that the Us has no authority over their practices.

thats funny you say this because they called me stating I borrowed $300.00 from them in January. They stated my account was deliquent and was going to take me to court, so I told them to kiss my [censor]. They aren't an American company they are simply full of [censor]. Yes you do have to read everything word for work which I did. But once they pulled having a so called litigations agency contact me, I simply closed my account and kept it moving. I'm so done with these payday services.

This company is not authorized to do business in many states. You need to contact both the Atty General's office and FCC as well as the FDIC, they bank out of National Bank of California, 1212 Wilshire Blvd, Brentwood CA, that is the best way to shut them down. They had to pay me back, not only for the illegal loan, but for the fees that they charged.

I borrowed $200.00 and they took 6 payments of $79.00 a pay check ou tof my checking account. I called to try to pay off one pay check of $179.00 and then the next payc heck $179.00 however; they wouldn't let me. So I just closed my checking account and went on. To me I borrowed $200.00 paid back $456.00. Beleve me this loan has been paid... These companies should be ran out of business. I could see once a month but every pay check of every two weeks. This is wrong!

OK here is the deal people... Yeah I had a hard time and needed a loan. I got 300 from them and paid back 414. if you want a working number for them here is 2...
1-866-465-5054 or 1-866-539-7504. dial ext 3317 and talk to Traci if you want she help me out. they don't mess people over and just followed contract but note to all... if you don't contact them they will continue to take the payment of how ever much you owe til otherwise notified. That's how those companies work. Good luck to all.
