Ordered PDF-Suite that totaled $83.58 that billed to my credit card as $73.63 twice +$9.95 one time for a total of $157.21 this was a 3 year download.

I've also had AUST$39.90 taken out of my account with no authorization at all.

I found a charge on my credit card for $335.00! this is wrong and I want my money back! Even if I ordered a PDF, it shouldn't cost $335.00!

I went to pay my credit card bill and found a charge from this u-bill in the amount of $49.95 and again for .$99. This was for an Adobe pdf package. I never ordered it. When I called this u-bill they tried to tell me I purchased this program and if they wanted me to just take the u-bill off my computer than they could get into my computer and they would remove it. It sounded suspicious so I told him no I will contact my credit card company and the authorities. How do you deal with these people?

I have tried for three weeks to have your tech people work on this program on this day the 6/11/2015 I wasted 2 hours where i got a tech called STAN who admitted No I think if you are not professional designer then you can use this software and its realy great if you take into consideration that it is really easy to use
I believe that there should be a refund of $72.08 to my visa card account [protected] date of purchase 16/10/2015 Your promo advertises that you can remove objects such as a jet engine please have a look at the two photos I have sent you and the text from STAN

On my Sear credit card, I have been charged the following prices (Canadian) on 10/13/14: $ 46.95 and 24.00. It is possible that I ordered a PDF product by mistake. Please give me a refund of these amounts on my credit card.

I did not order anything from this company and cannot figure out what they are charging me for - is it a pdf reader? (which I would never buy because I can get a superior one from Adobe for free) Is it for a registry cleaner? Again, there are several excellent registry cleaners available for free on the internet and I was actually given a subscription to a paid one as a present and still have coverage for several months. Why would I buy another? I know it came preloaded on my new Lenovo laptop (another regret) and it is only one of MANY pre-installed programmes that I do not want.

I just ordered pdf for my new computer as most everyone sends pdf documents to me.
I was amazed at the charge of $73.00 and I cannot afford that. I wanted only the very basic cheapest pdf I could possibly get. On my old computer I thought it was free. Just assumed that this would be too. Please whatever you do - correct my bill to read the absolute cheapest route to go. Order # U45Y9MZY Purchase date: 8/8/12 order amt.
$73.83. I thought I would be paying like $11. something. Please let me know what is going to be on my debit card immediately.
