I did subscription with you guys on 11/18/17 and I was charge $72 instead of the $6 monthly plan I took, I unsubscribe a couple minutes later after I checked my account and saw that you guys withdrew more than what you should have. I selected the personal plan which I saw was $6 monthly not a yearly plan of $72. I'm going to need an reimbursement of my money as I used the app for less than 30 mins

Usually these requests take less than 20-30 minutes to be fulfilled. Plus banks will need some time to process the reverse transaction. I recommend logging in first as for non-logged in requests verification is in place which may push back the resolution.

PDF Filler hooks you with a free trial to get your card details and then charges you!
I signed up for a 30-day free trial and was not aware any charges would ne made on my card during this period. And then I saw I was charged around 0.5 USD the next day. When contacting PDF Filler customer support, they told me it was a card verification charge that get’s made to make sure the card is valid. I was not made aware od this verification when signing up! This charge, however small it may be, has been taken from my card without my permission. On top of that, since that card now had s transaction that happened that month (and I don’t normally use it), the issuing bank will charge me around 6 USD for even using it that month. So a free trial ended up costing me 0.5 USD that PDF Filler stole from me and the 6 USD that the bank will charge me because of the 0.5 USD unauthorized charge being made.
Avoid PDF Filler at all costs!

I also sighed up for 6 a month an was charged 72 I want to cancel and a full refund however have not had any luck so far
