My child said she made a free trial account after hounding her why $72 was out of my account! She stated that is was only supposed to be a $6 charge the free trial! I demand a refund This is unacceptable! How can you advertise $6 then Charge $72! I had tried and called try to email you guys and nothing! This is absolutely ridiculous and a scam! I can not afford the $72 to come out of my account! This is going to put me in the hole!

I was charged 72.00 by pdffiller when I don't have an account with PDF filler Intalked to someone last night about it and we happened to find the account that used my card, I was told to provide an official bank statement and the last four of my current account, 7647 is the official account number. Will I have to provide any other information thanks in advance for helping me resolve this issue.

Your service did not let me print or save my documents without paying a fee.

Your service was 1 and 2 in my Google search but wasn't clear the service was a subscription service until I finished filling out the forms.

And your follow up email doesn't shave an contact email address?!?!?

I am put off by your companies business tactics.

Said that it was 6 a month and took 72 dollars out of my account and it never said it was going to do that up front. I would like my subscription to be canceled and I would like my money back immediately! Stop false advertising! You can't say it's giunf to be billed at 6 annual and then take 72 dollars our or my account like I needed that money to pay my bills and you just decided to lie and take it out of my account. I don't understand how you were even able to do this without anybody conswnr and it's not letting me cancel my freaking subscription.

I was told I would receive a free trial month no charge at all and was charged for a whole year on my credit card I want my money returned as I did not authorize these charges and were given false information. This is fraud charging my card without proper consent and stating I would get a trial month and no charge would occur.

Please I would like u to refund my money back I noticed my visa credit card was diducted with72$ today this is the alert Valued Customer, Your FirstBank Visa Card **7092 was debited with 72.00 $ on 25/09/2018 ; 18:38 in PDF-FILLER [protected]. Your available balance is I can't remember using PDF filler that am paying for please check and refund the money back.

I signed up for a ‘free trial' as I wasn't sure if this was the service I needed. It clearly states if you are in satisfied you can request a refund.
I didn't think that the $95 would come out of my account immediately as usually they notify you once your ‘free trial' is over and if you wish to continue. It came out straight away, it also turned out that it was not the service I was after so I immediately cancelled my subscription (within 15mins of signing up) and requested a refund to which I have never got a response after attempting several times!

I demand my refund as this is extremely unfair! I have never used this service and unsubscribed almost immediately after realising it wasn't what I was after. Very disappointing.

I attempted to use a $6 free trial and was billed up front for a year at $72. I have found that you do not offer the services I require, but do seem to receive this complaint quite a lot. I simply cannot pay this subscription. I understand if a single use payment is necessary after all of this, however I can't even contact support to fix this problem. Looking forward to this being resolved.

Charged $72 for what was advertised as a $6 trial. Did not agree to joining any subscriptions for $72 whatsoever. Disputing this charge with my bank immediately. Complete scam, false advertisement you should have your LLC revoked. Get the kinks worked out before you sell your service. PDFFiller advertises a 1 month free trial, yet I have been immediately billed AU$103.95 for a yearly subscription that I did not want or sign up for, after giving my details only this afternoon. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com - please refund this amount immediately. I have cancelled my unwarranted "subscription".

See attached photo stating 'Welcome to your free PDFfiller trial". This is a classic scam and I will be escalating this issue if necessary.

I spent several hours filling in my document then subscribed so that I could access to it to make a long story short I still do not have access to my document in which I really need and there is no one who I can talk to that would help me. I called and they told me they only have live chat available online which makes no since. I believe it's a scam. I was also charged 72 dollars instead of the 6 monthly payment I subscribed to and have not been able to use services. It really sucks.

I am trying to understand how I was charged $97.95 which posted on my personal credit card on July 4th for a service or product I do not have nor own. I do not even know what your company does and how did you get my credit card number?

Please advise when this will be credited back to my VISA before I contact my VISA company.

My name is Robert Castles, a current Life Scout, going into the rank of Eagle Scout. I recently encountered an issue with the billing service of PDF Filler. I was charged $6 for printing out a template of the Eagle Scout Workbook, which resulted in deducting $72 from my bank account. With all due respect, I understand The cost of using month by month service of PDF Filler. However, it was not my intention to pay for a yearly subscription, at this time. I canceled the sale right away, only to discover that my account was overdrawn. Please contact me as soon as possible, so we can resolve this matter. On 6/8/18, I subscribed to what I thought was a one-time use of PDFfiller. That same day my credit card was charged $72.00.
I understood the charge to be $6.00. I immediately cancelled my subscription to the service, but would like to know how I get a refund.
Needless to say, I couldn't even use the one-time service. Very disappointed.

I spent a lot of time on a document, but when I tried to use it - send as email/ download/ send as a attachment using whatsapp etc. there is no access until you subscribe. So I subscribed, but once I came back to my pdf document it was completely wiped! This is not good service, and definitely not worth $72 for a year's worth of a few pdf's I have to fill in. So I want my money back, it has been only a few days since I subscribed. I have cancelled my subscription, but it just says that i can access my files until 2019 and didn't give me any option of a full refund as stated all over their marketing.
I have raised a ticket and am still waiting for a reply.

On May 29 2018 I subscribed to a pdffiller free trial offer of what would cost $6.00. After using the program (one time) It did not have a few functions I needed, at closing I was directed to a payment page. I DID NOT choose a payment plan & I DID NOT authorize the credit card charge! My credit card was charged $120.00! This is NOT legal! I want a full refund ASAP! I will take this to the authorities if necessary.

I just applied for $10 subscription monthly but you charged to my account the whole 1 year. How is it come up with this? Please explain this to me. you have an options to click if the client would want monthly renewal or per year and I clicked monthly renewal and it is not possible that I just use the application for just one form and will use the application for one year.

Can I refund other fees because I will not use the application for one year, my intention is I will subscribe if I need it.

I ordered this product back in Jan 2018. Cancelled in February and according to the rep it was cancelled. I just got a bank statement that they have still been deducting from my account. I have called and I get a message stating that they have a high volume of calls and to hold but wait time will be 10 minutes, then I continued to hold but I got disconnected. So I tried sending emails for them to ensure my account is cancelled and to reimburse me because they keep charging my account.. They are supposed to be available 24 hrs but I can never get anyone on the phone and they have not responded to any emails that I have sent. Don't deal with this company.
