Pdcustserv.com How To Stop

I may have found a way to stop the monthly charges. PayDay.com claims to have subscribed me to "Last Chance Cash Advance" and "Trifecta Card". The charges are $7.91 to subscribe.

The initial charges of $31.95 came from "Identiy Theft.com". I was able to reverse those charges by calling the number on my bank statement.

I went to: http://pdcustserv.com/. I clicked on Live Chat instead of entering my information to find my account. The Live Chat person took my information and cancelled my account. I was not successful with asking for a refund.

MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION NUMBER before the chat ends. Ask for a telephone number and fax number in case you have futher problems.

Submit all the information to your banker to help build a nationwide fraud case again this lousy on-line company.

Pdcustserv.com taking money from my visa debit card off checking account without my permission

This company has been taking unauthorized, various amounts of money out of my checking account. I have tried contacting them by email and phone but, cannot reach anyone. No one will return my calls. I want my money back in my account!

This company is the root of everyones problem. when you loged in to lastchanceadvance and never got the advance from them they started taking money out of your account. thats how they pay for their fraud accounts. i started out with 7.81 taken out and then another 7.81 taken, not being available i was charged28.00, then there was two deposits of 7.81 taken again, now another 7.81 is taken again. I now am having the bank close that account and reopening me another account. and that is what most of yall will have to do because you did give your account info just not to be done like this.

This company or bussiness or person keeps trying to deduct money from my account without my permission or authorization, and they are impossible to get in touch with, and causing me overdraft fees! I do not even know who or what they are!

PDCustServ.com Made withdrawls from my checking account on 5/7/2008 and 6/10/2008. Each for $7.81. these are not authorizes withdrawls and I would like to know how to stop this and have my money refunded.

This is all i know about this company and they were someone i had asked for help with a loan and i got nothing but yet they are taking money out of my checking account when i did not say they could and because of that, i am way over draw on that account. I want that money put back as of to day or i will have my bank help me to get in touch with the better business bureau. I am VERY VERY pissed right now, take care of it NOW.

I had searched online for a payday loan, I did not get one through this company, nor did I sign up for any other services from them, yet they have continued to withdraw funds from my account every month for the past several months. I will be going to my bank to block any further transactions. I have tried calling this company, and like everyone else has stated, been put on terminal hold. I have tried using their online method to cancel my supposed account, none of my e-mail addresses can be found, however they can find my banking info and keep claiming to cancel the withdrawls, they have used several url's on these transactions

Tried contacting this company to get my money back but to no avail. They have you hanging on the phone with repeating music and advertisement. I want my money back for four months totally $27.12. They continue to take money from my check account every month. I did not order and not sure how they got my information. I want them to stop taking money from my account! ASAP!

$7.81 was not authorized by me to be debited from my account. I called [protected] and spoke to Ms. Farrah who informed me that this was a non-refundable debit. I did not give authorization for any internet company to debit my account. I have a confirmation number (#2481787) for no more debits to be withdrawn from my account, but I want my money ($7.81) returned to my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold - indefinitely.

I am very angry, ireceived notification from my bank that i was overdrawn, and that this so called company was trying to charge me 7. 81 which caused me several overdraft fees, i called my bank and filed a complaint and they are putting a block on my account and investigating. When you try to call this place you can never talk to anyone, i am a working mother and need each and every penny i make, and am sick to death of people scamming good people out of their money. I hope they get prosecuted to the max / / / /

PDCUSTSERV>COM took $7.81 out of my checking account. Why? Cancel what ever this is and put my money back! I'm really tired of the Internet and how easy it is to be passed around and then taken advantage of by withdrawing from an account.

Pdcustserv.com Unauthorized debit and also return fee from my bank

A debit tried to get deducted from my account on 4 - 29 - 08. Funds were not available and then I got charged a 20. 00 return fee. Don't knoe this company and didn't authorize it
Another charge that tried to get debited from my account along with the previous report I emailed you from idprocs.com which was attempted on 3 - 17 - 08. Total of 40. 00. 20. 00 for an attempt to debit and I got charged 20. 00 for return fee.
Last unauthorized debit is from paydles.com once on 4 - 7 - 08 and one on 4 - 15 - 08 total 40. 00 and return fees of 20. 00 per date. This is on going. Needs to be corrected and I have no phone number to contact these people.
So there is again, a total of 3 different company trying to debit my account and on top of that I am getting charged 20. 00 per attempt to debit from these companies. I need a response a. S. A. P

I've never authorized this company to access my account. I never applied for a payday loan with this company. Now my savings account is in the negative.

i received a debit on my bank account for 7.81 on 6/5/08 i called the bank right away and talked to fraud dept. they in-turn put in a fraud claim, but also looked in the bank directory for this company and gave me several phone numbers to call and try to cancel. i did that and had to wait for 5 minutes on hold, but the person said they would cancel the account and i would not see anymore debits to my account. this is for identity theft protection. hopefully this is all i have to do to solve problem. numbers given to me by bank were1-[protected], [protected] and [protected]. hope this helps someone else. seems easy. we'll see.

I did not authorize for 7.81 to be deducted from my account. I had to pay an overdraft fee along with the deduction. The overdraft fee was 33.00. I want this money back in my account.

I just received my bank statement showing two different attempts by this company and another as well (making three) insufficiant charges against my account. I STRONGLY suggest to anyone who has had this happen, contact the BBB, attorney general, local police dept, and an attorney. I plan to do everything possible to make them pay for this! This is fraud and can end up in a class action lawsuit. Everyone needs to pull together to do something besides sitting back and saying oh well! yesterday cancel my assumed account because i never see my bank statement and the company withdraw money, are not if never receive my loan, this morning i saw my bank account and withdraw again 3.99 why if is cancel already.
