PDA Gadgets Distribution Sdn / Poor cusomer service
I've been calling their customer service several times; and either they don't reply me or the keep promising to fix my phone in which i sent them several months ago.
First my phone was sent due to a screen problem, and when they returned back the phone another issue appeared which is the power button got stoke a proximity sensor problem, and a crack on the back of the phone near the camera, they claimed its a motherboard problem, but if we think logically nothing to do with the power button and the motherboard.
so i sent it back with these two issues and i told them i will overcome the crack issue if they solve the former two mentioned, when i received the phone for the second time the proximity sensor issue was solved and the crack was replaced, but a new issue appeared, this time the phone doesn't respond to any charge and a question "?" mark on the battery label, they kept claiming that the phone set was dropped and its the motherboard problem.
first time i sent the phone non of those issue were there.
I bought the phone because I'm a big fan of Motorola products such as V3, V3i, V3x and recently Milestone.
I've been out of using my phone for almost 5 months in which i paid RM 1500 (500 USD).
so here i'm seeking your services to help me solving this problem, as i don't wanna lose my passion of this phone brands
