I have received Shipment #35 (West Virginia) and
#37 (Nebraska)
but #36 (Nevada) has never shown up here

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I. Providing U.U. State Quarters they quit sending the state quarter panels after the first 25 panels. The last one was 8/18/2015 At a cost of $16.95 Total per shipment.
2.Platinum & Gold Highlighted U.S. Presidential Coins the last one I received was Lyndon Johnson back on 11/03/15. @ a cost of $22.90 Total per shipment.
3.U.S. Presidential Coin Collection the last one I received was Lyndon Johnson back on 19'22/2015 @ a cost of $29.95 per shipment

Their customer service is excellent, maybe the best out there, because you get to speak to a person when you call and they are helpful and nice.
The one I got was very rude and hung up on me. I was explaining the problem and asked for her name so I would not have to go over it again and click. I never received the very first shipment and had been calling because I wanted it for a Christmas present for my son. Never got it, instead they were charging me for the second set or add-on set and I cancelled that because I never got the very first one. they told me to wait because of the holidays and call back. That lady was rude also because I did not understand each month you got another set (my fault) but she was ver rude in explaining. Anyhow I call back 1/18/2017 and tell them i still had not gotten anything and she practically accused me on receiving it and then cancelling. Maybe some people do but not my situation I explained, I cancelled because as I said it was a Christmas present and the other shipments my son would have to maintain. She really did not want to hear that and said she would put a tracer on it because it did not come back to them. I am very very disappointed with them because it is a wonderful idea but the service is HORRIBLE.
I also think that PCS is an acceptable company. I have the statehood quarters and am getting the presidential dollars. I never received one of the quarter panels and just called them and was immediately sent a replacement panel. All YOU have to do is call and explain your problem, they will correct it.
I had a similar sipment problem, except I was missing 3 (THREE) States, Nevada among them. I CALLED Customer Service and th lady
took my name, phone No. & E-Mail. She said it might take 2-3 weeks to trace out. They ended up shipping 2 (TWO) of the missing coins
1(ONE) Week later. The Nevada coin was SPECIAL ordered & I received the coin a week or so later. They kept in contact with me, until the situation was finaled. Thanks to their courtesy & personal effort..my QUARTER COLLECTION is now "COMPLETE". UNLESS YOU tell the Company what is wrong, they can't help you. YOU should KNOW this. No Pity from me for your ignorance. PCS Stamps & Coins are a very HONEST & straight forward Company... PCS stands out TALL among coin dealers. There are some REAL CROOKS out there. Believe it! I know first hand. It can be very "SCARY" out there.
